三亞海棠灣費爾蒙作為海南的最後一站讓本次旅行完美收官。之前在某書看入住評論褒貶不一，但是作為雅高的會員還是懷着忐忑的心情嘗試着預訂入住。沒想到卻成為本次海南之行最滿意的酒店。由於帶着70歲老母親和2歲的小崽子出行，所以謹慎期間致電了酒店，首先非常感謝前廳經理Judy的接聽，瞭解到我們一家的出行要求後，迅速的安排了我們的管家Joly金小姐接待。Joly也是本次雅高三個酒店管家中最認真負責的，不僅提前三天添加了微信，發送了每天寶寶可以參加的活動時間表，還告知了酒店免費的入夜儀式活動時間，鐵花秀表演時間，以及龍船乘坐時間表，當我們入住時發現房間內也提前準備好了小童腳凳以及洗護用品和小拖鞋。十分的貼心。同時房間內除了軟拖鞋外還配備了沙灘鞋。同時酒店還配備了小童俱樂部和水上滑滑梯以及小童電影院，即使在陰雨天小朋友也不會無聊。另外值得一提的是費爾蒙的餐飲也是三家雅高酒店內最棒的，早餐內容十分豐富，有很多海南的特色，比如雞屎藤甜湯，清補涼，現做牛肉餅，以及陵水粉等，可以吃到11點。行政酒廊的happyhour套餐包含雞尾酒也是誠意滿滿。酒廊的服務小姐姐看到寶寶也特別體貼，不僅不責怪小朋友不小心打翻了飲料，還安撫寶寶贈送了小麪食和餅乾。當你走在費爾蒙酒店的任何一個角落衹要遇到工作人員都會熱情的打招呼，提醒路面注意安全，觀光車的小哥哥看到小朋友從較遠的地方步行回房間，也會主動順載一程。唯一就是酒店離沙灘有點遠且公共沙灘沒有沙灘椅休息。總體而已是非常值得入住的親子酒店，完全不踩坑。推薦！

I can say it without any doubt, this is the best hotel I've been in last 10 years of traveling. A dreaming place combined with a peaceful location 🥂
It costs but stays aligned to the other hotels around, with the difference in terms of quality, which this hotel is far beyond!

Very nice hotel, we had great experience and we all enjoyed a lot during our stay. Great ambiance and more activities. Many staff is very good at their work and well trained. We loved hotel breakfast ,more food and very delicious.😊

This hotel has a traditional timeless look. Its was uniquely design. The rooms are very spacious. The staff was very accommodating. They went above and beyond to ensure that we were comfortable and everything was satisfactory. Special thanks to Yoyo from the front desk and Peter the manager for making our stay extraordinary.

The pool is amazing so as the breakfast but the hotel needs a bit renovation since the mold is seen here and there.
The beach nearby is stunning!
Overall: ok but with this price per night it needs some work to be done.

The best hotel I have seen so far. Service is high level. We got extra trea**ent from a manager Nicole Hu. Could u imagine a personal assistant while on vacation? This hotel has it all. We got free afternoon tea and fruit plate at the beginning of our stay. Trip on boat made me feel like I were in Venice. The room is out of this world. Highly recommend!!!!!😊😊😊😊

Undoubtedly, this was an unforgettable experience. This is my second visit to Sanya in three years. Unlike the last time, I brought my parents with me. Therefore, I specifically selected the Kavi Fairmont Hotel with a unique architectural style and "wood culture" for them in the last three days of the 8-night 7-day itinerary. Yes, as you can see, we have been deeply impressed by the beautiful beach scenery, Yuexuan Restaurant, travel photography service, and room service, especially Judy and 符士荣. I believe I will come here again next time to continue my exciting experience.
