The apartment was newly renovated. Clean with the beautiful view over the sea. There are towels and bedding, among with kitchen utensils and plates. We were able to cook and eat on the balcony. Wonderful location wright next to shops and restaurants. 200 meters away from the sea. Highly recommend.

Great location, well kept apartment. The projector (which we were looking forward to) didnt have an HDMI cable input (or any other input, which meant a big highlight of the room couldnt be used. A little bit of a pity, that. But a small issue for an otherwise cool little room in a great part of Sanya.

This was a terrible experience. The owner lied to us, changed our room without our consent. Send us to some awful dirty room and then told us the next day we will be able to have our room. But guess what another lie, next another dirty room. We asked for a reimbursement of the coming days so we could book another hotel. he refused we had to call trip.com. Thankfully super helpful. And call the police to get the reimbursement of the coming days.

不要老闆的20好評紅包，説一説真實的評價。
1.房間很臟，各處一層灰，茶几上密密麻麻的小螞蟻，嚇**了，頭皮都發麻。保潔根本不擦傢俱的，説是老闆壓工資。冰箱沒法用，全是水，沒清潔過。
2.很吵，小區裏都是民宿，入住的什麼人都有。一晚被鄰居陽台的狗吵了一晚上，都報警了。一晚被網紅直播又喊又叫吵到半夜。白天也別想睡，小區裏各種裝修的嘈雜聲音。
3.房間設備很舊，就是很舊，衞生間的櫃門都掉了，陽台長着青苔，廚房油膩膩，鞋櫃臭烘烘……
4.唯一好一點的是海景還不錯無遮擋。

2019年發現這家店……在大東海邊鬧市中一個很安靜的小區……免費地上地下停車場🅿️樓下寬大游泳池🏊24小時物業保安，後院出門步行🚶五分鐘不到就到大東海邊～位於鹿回頭山腳下……周邊距離第一市場打車🚗出行不到7元……公交🚌2元不到六站……老闆話語不多人特別好……衹要有事第一時間就到解決……所以我每年都要住半年……真心推薦大家……尤其錯峯出行的朋友千萬別錯過不到300體驗一線海景大平層……（70–150–170）平三種房型……躺床上看海的感覺-nice
