Stayed here in July and then again in August.
Great price for what you get. Definitely right recommend a sea view room. Pool is very nice and you can also walk out into the beach from the hotel.
Since the lockdown, the breakfast choices have been less and the pool opening hours have been made shorter. But, still worth a visit. Staff are very friendly.

Absolutely lovely hotel. Check-in was super smooth and everyone was so helpful. Once I was taken to the villa, I fell in love. It’s your own paradise nestled away. I had originally booked 6 nights and extended because I loved the location. It is in a quiet location but not a super far didi ride away from places. Across the street are a couple of restaurants and grocery stores. If you have something delivered, the concierge has it delivered directly to your villa, so I often went that route because I didn’t move much from the pool.
Will come back again for sure!!

We spent lovely holidays here. Everything was right. Fühstück sufficient. Everything is there for Europeans and for the Chinese. We will highly recommend this place. Location is very good. For beach you need Schuhe.Es there are some stones.Very suitable for children.

Beautiful villa, very clean and pure luxury.
Unfortunately, nothing in the resort was open, spa, pool bar, kids club, bar etc. The place was a ghost town. On the day of departure after paying 12 000 rmb for 6 nights, I asked for a late check due to delayed flight. I was told no, they were booked out. Let me assure you, they were far from booked out.
No sunbeds on the beach either. Even all of the lights and water falls were turned off. None of the staff spoke English, which is unusual for a 5 star hotel.

This hotel is our top one to visit in China. If you’re looking for a paradisiaque place to spend your holiday, relax and not to stress then this is the place to be. We were treated well by the English speaking staff. The place is very clean and visually pealing. The hotel was empty that we had the whole place to ourselves. We booked a villa for our wedding anniversary and we were treated to a delicious cake and rose petals and towel swabs on our bed. The view of the villa pool was very pleasing. The villa had two separate massive rooms with two large changing rooms, large shower in the main room with toilet and outdoor bathtub and shower. The second room was spacious and had a smaller bed, toilet, shower and kitchen (no stove). The beach was clean, had palm trees, deckchairs and white sand. However, the beach had some stones/rocks in the water. We’ll definitely return to this hotel again and we highly recommend it.

Lovely hotel is a quiet location. Rooms spacious, very clean. Breakfast has good selection of Chinese and western food. Staff helpful and courteous.
Beach was great, perfectly good for swimming aside a bit of rocks when entering (can easily swim over, or bring reef shoes). Plenty of restaurants a short taxi ride away.
Loved my stay, will come back.

One of the few hotels in sanya which has a place you can swim in the sea. The beach is very nice and sea is relatively calm being in a cove. Sunbeds are available, just need to contact staff to unlock them. Rooms are nice and big. Breakfast has plenty of choice. The grounds feel a little neglected and could do with some maintenance. There aren't alot of staff around hotel. So customer service doesn't feel like that of a 5 star hotel. There aren't many restaurants around the hotel and getting a didi car can be a little difficult in public holidays.

This hotel was recommended to me but I wasn’t sure what to expect. However, I was so happy to stay, our room was amazing, so clean and large. The Ayi that serviced our room was amazing. The location is also perfect for going to the beach, walking and exploring. Having lived in Thailand we absolutely loved the authentic Thai restaurant and the staff paid attention to detail and tried their best to answer all my questions even though my Mandarin is terrible. The only downside was the pool area, which needed some work to the decking as it was not in a good way (and some was being done to it). Nevertheless, my family and I definitely plan to stay there again.
