Beautiful outlook from the rooms, which are clean and well appointed. Balcony off the suite room is large. Great amenities with shops and restaurants. The water park cost to get in (not much) and some of the slides are unavailable. There is kids play room and trampoline room- both cost and an adult must stay with child.

雖然不是第一次入住本酒店，但是這次確實才感受到服務，很少寫網評，但這次還是寫一下入住體驗感，前台小鄭協調能力很強，給出了很合理的入住價格及建議，還給贈送了早餐，升級了房型，最主要還給省錢了，確實值得點贊，如果所有的客户都像我今天一樣的體驗感，那貴公司一定是生意興隆，蒸蒸日上，其實也不是錢的事情，出門在外也不差那幾百的，衹是如何讓客户用最少的錢住最好的服務是很難得，當然現在確實是淡季，整個酒店我都沒見到啥人，再次表揚小鄭，很感謝你的服務。

酒店很大，設施齊全。毗鄰動車站十分方便。酒店園區不僅有特色餐廳，美食街，而且還有精釀工坊，悠閑放鬆可以來聽聽音樂，拍照打卡，不用出酒店，就可以享受吃喝玩樂，前台小鄭服務也很熱情 ,主動，對待小朋友也非常有耐心，下次來三亞還會選擇三亞灣紅樹林!

三亞灣紅樹林皇后棕酒店，房間很大客房衞生很乾凈，服務員都很熱情，很遠就在問候，客房劉容服務棒，介紹了很多酒店的吃喝玩樂，有許多特色小吃很多餐廳還有水樂園，探險王國，適合小朋友和大朋友，園區還增加了很多新業態產品，民謠吧、精釀工坊、玩途萃茶飲等適合度假，位置便利周邊商業餐飲較多，很方便，前台麗莉很熱情，辦理入住很快

第一次入住三亞灣紅樹林皇后棕酒店，這裏非常大，由五六個酒店組成，還有水樂園、美食街、奧特萊斯等一應俱全，距離三亞灣、億恆夜市、三亞站都很近。除夕中午入住前台辦理很快，管家Anne很熱情很專業，詳細介紹了酒店入住各個方面情況，入住的三天有什麼問題隨時微信聯繫隨時回覆，非常周到。我們預訂的行政園景房間很大，設計合理，還有獨立衣帽間和吧枱，衞生間乾濕分離，大陽台景色超讚！樓下泳池雖然不是恆温，但是水質不錯，人也不多，孩子游的很開心。水樂園也還不錯，孩子玩了好幾次，尤其喜歡眼鏡蛇。早餐品種豐富，唯一缺點是酒店太大春節人多的時候不好找位置。總體感覺很不錯的度假酒店，下次來三亞還會入住。
