This hotel was lovely, the view was amazing it’s right next to the ocean. I could see the ocean from my bed it was so nice and it had a lovely balcony where you could hear the ocean waves at night it was so nice. I didn’t much like the breakfast though and it’s also next to the helicopter sightseeing place so it’s gets a little noisy during the day.

The location of the hotel is relatively quiet, the privacy is relatively good, the service is very attentive, and the food, accommodation and transportation are very convenient. I enjoyed my stat at this hotel. The location is right next to the bay and had a nice view from my hotel. The food was ok. They had variety of options. The room was a little small but still comfortable. The bed was super comfy. The staff was very helpful with helping us to find different locations with fun activities. The hotel is also close to beach and town area. There were nice restaurants which made traveling very convenient.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Really friendly and polite staff, one spoke english as well for Foreigners that can't speak Chinese, plus the set up for our Daughter in the family suite was very thoughtful. She had sinks she could reach, cute panda toothbrushes delivered every day, her own themed cup, toys to play with, mini robe, her own bed all though she preferred the big one haha, shoes etc. That was the greatest plus with this hotel, she absolutely loved it because of those details. The view is beautiful as well, clean but old rooms I'd say, it was worn down quite a bit so maintaining the hotel is definitely something they would have to work on. Several Restaurants close by also for online delivery. The biggest downside with this hotel is the beach unfortunately. We chose this place because of a more quiet beach, we thought the least, but the water scooters/jet skies roaming around constantly forced us to take a taxi to the busy beaches. The smell of gas was horrible and very strong when the jet skies passed by as they are driving where everyone is swimming. Very unhealthy to breathe in and they are about 6-8 of them driving by all the time, nothing I would want anyone to breathe in and it is a safety concern, they could literally drive over you anytime. Later at night when they had all left the beach it was a great place for shell picking though. The more busy beaches have set up restrictions for these water jet skies, which prohibits them from driving there, therefore next time we go to Sanya we will choose one of the hotels around Yalong or Dadonghai. You constantly hear helicopters flying as well, but you sort of get used to that.

We stay seven nights in this hotel. There are many positive and negative experience during our stay.🤔 First, hotel is not in seaside don't thing it's near to the beach. You need drive for short time to reach xiadong hai or dadongha beaches and they don't provide shuttle.😲 Hotel view is marina and Sanya city center. They have nice bathtub on balcony. Outdoor pool is little hard to reach but ok. You need to go first floor from second floor loby and take stairs 3 floors up to pool. Biggest problem is, they close the pool so early, 5 pm. And how come they don't supply towels or other stuff on pool site. Normally other metropark hotels provide. They don't even play music or sell some drinks around pool. Second, breakfast variety is good as expected from Metropark hotel chain but it so crowded and there's no enough staff to maintance the open buffet, most times hard to find place to sit and you need to go other saloon where is little away and has just 20 percent of the real buffet and the saloon smells bad air.. Many times, hard to find milk, cups even forks. But there are olives 💛. You can also try their package dinner for two people it was delicious. Thirdly, when we booked seven days the hotel price was reasonable later it get more than double, they did not add two more days with same price we book-in. That was little rude. Front desk was saying, why don't you rent another hotel. So yeah they simply don't want you to stay.👎 And, some days we need to ask to tidy up or room otherwise they will not do it. Many times we call housekeeping to provide use clean towels and tidy up the room.👎 Now let's talk about the most critical side. Hotel is near the clubhouse and night there are some luxury cars horn all the night. You can't sleep while balcony doors are open since 2 am. Those cars horn all night to show up themselves. So if you want little peace don't rent this hotel.,👎 Overall, I can't say the hotel experience is not🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫 worth it's price. I would rent another hotel near seaside but without breakfast and I could enjoy many shops around beach and have breakfast, lunch, dinner etc.

Amazing wonderful view ! Really worth to stay there for nice pictures! Allows to stay with a pet. The room was not really new, mold on the curtains, but the rest was very clean. Kitchen area is not big, enough to make some easy food, but can’t cook. The toilet facilities are clean and there is all you might need. Iron board, chairs on the balcony, a lot of space. Stuff is very friendly, help whatever you ask them. Very close to the downtown. If you want to be in a city and still have a great sea view - here you are! But the parking is not very convenient, you need to walk for I while from the parking area, which is just outside, very difficult if you have stuff to cary, the cart service is there, but its not convenient to call them all the time, also they don’t help with the luggage, so was kinda heavy for me.

I had a great time having breakfast every day. The people in the hotel were also very nice and proactive in serving me. The two sisters who cleaned the guest rooms were also very kind. I celebrated my birthday alone in the hotel. I shared my cake with the ladies at the front desk and the concierge. The lady at the front desk also gave me a shell bracelet in return. I loved it! ! ! Just outside the door is a bustling area, across the road is the nucleic acid site, and you can get off the No. 8 bus from the airport and walk a hundred or two hundred meters to get there! All in all a hotel worth recommending.

I stayed for 8 days and I have no complaints. Very clean room, friendly staff, okay breakfast and okay location. It is a 15-20 minute walk to the beach but it is a lot cheaper than hotels on the beach. The front desk staff don't speak English but they are very friendly and helpful.

Go down to the front desk on the third floor to talk to the boss and the front desk about the surrounding food, they detailed introduction of various nearby food, playgrounds and precautions. Crossing the road (a few meters) from the community to the beach is to see the full view of Phoenix Island and Sanya Bay. There are not many people on the beach, not noisy, not complicated, not cold. On the left is the helicopter base and the tail wave surf base, the Tianya Haijiao attractions. On the right is Haiyue Square, a variety of food and entertainment places in the city. Back at the hotel in the afternoon, bought some beer and drinks and sauerkraut on the balcony blowing the sea breeze, listening to music, I feel cool. I decided to continue renting for two days in the evening. The location of the hotel is in the city center. The security guard who came by driving to help us arrange parking and help me with luggage. First of all, the registered room is in a separate building. The service staff is very enthusiastic. After registration, someone will send you to Block C for check-in. The room we stayed in was very large, with the blue sea outside the balcony and a celebrity bathtub. What was amazing was that although the sea faced the tide, it was not damp at all inside the room. The hotel is beautiful, except our whole sea-view was ruined with 24hr construction. The bath on the balcony was relaxing. If you want to have a better view, it would be best to spend more money to live on a higher floor and only in buildings A-C, building D and E only have views of the construction site. The bathroom was clean and pretty . It is also hard to get a didi or taxi. You need to walk far to get a golf cart.

Stayed 3 nights here. Checking in was efficient and we also communicated with staff Wendy if we had any queries. She was fast and polite in responding to us. We booked a cozy king room. Some of our view was obstructed by some construction works going on next to our hotel so its recommended to upgrade to a better room if you want full sea view! Overall was a good and happy stay. Convenient to the night market and a mall but had to do some walking. Not very near to the beach, need some walking :) We also enjoyed the simple afternoon tea provided complimentary by the hotel.

I got to live here after the hotel I booked originally cancelled while in the flight to Sanya. It isn’t a place I’d ordinarily stay in but it did the job- accommodated me. It’s called sky-view but was given the 7th floor. The walls are so thin so I could hear neighbors and their noisy children the entire 5 nights I was there. Check in was a nightmare. I was dropped in one building, took to another to check in and then taken to another to my room. The room’s keys were not available when I got to my door so I had wait, luggage and all. WiFi was immensely unstable by day 3. Thin pillows that I had to use the couch cushion as an auxiliary.

Very satisfied with a stay, Phoenix Island Hotel is comfortable, the sea view is very good, I feel very good, very satisfied. Hygienic: The room is spacious and clean as a whole, the service staff cleans very meticulously, sitting on the sofa on the balcony can enjoy the night view of Sanya Bay. Environment: The environment has nothing to say, Dining and shopping are very convenient, in general, I will come to Phoenix Island Hotel next time!
