North Santorini - A Luxury Spa Hotel

WOW! WOW! WOW! North has to be one of the most incredible hotels on the island - and it’s not just us who agreed - everyone we spoke to locally, agreed too! We stayed in North as we got married 5 minutes away in the Gem during our stay. We stayed in a premium private suite (room 102) and this suite was out of this world! It was so private, not overlooked at all and the design was perfect. The hotel itself has been designed with such high standards and it’s beautiful to look at in every direction. The restaurant where you have breakfast is gorgeous and the views are spectacular. We were given a sheet every morning to select our breakfast choices which was then provided quickly. We even had a floating breakfast on the morning of our wedding and it was perfect. The service by all staff is impeccable and everyone is there to help in any way they can. The hotel works through WhatsApp which makes life so much easier - you can order room service, drinks, taxis through WhatsApp. It’s a simple yet effective way to make your holiday even more relaxing. The hotel even decorated our room with rose petals and champagne when we returned from our wedding. We had the best experience and stay we have ever had and we cannot thank you all enough! Thank you for the most magical stay - and we already can’t wait to come back next year! 🤍🫶🏻

What a great place. Picked up from the airport , greeted by greek goddesses on reception who sorted everything , oriented us to the Island and places to visit. The Villa was amazing , clean and had the best bed and linen, amazing night sleep. The staff were amazing throughout the stay from reception , spa and restaurant . The food was amazing , fresh and top class. The Villa was great , loved being in the jacuzzi and just looking at the amazing view across the island Thank you for looking after us north Santorini your staff where amazing .

My husband and I stayed 8 days at this hotel. We loved it and are sad to go. The view is in the mountains but you can see the sea and a beautiful view of Pyrgos. There is a few good local restaurants near by. It’s a great area away from all the crowd and noise of Oia. 30 min drive to Oia. 20 mins from super markets and black beach. Room service was very thorough in cleaning each day. They mopped and refreshed everything! Hotel is very clean and mold and dust free. Staff are so nice! We spoke frequently to front desk, breakfast and spa staff who are all very welcoming and very nice. Front desk helped us plan our trip and books tours. We asked lots of questions and they never got annoyed. Breakfast was very yummy! Always hot and fresh and great options! Free parking at location. Beautiful resort and would recommend staying here a few nights while you site see

The property, rooms, staff and food were excellent. We were not happy with the driver we hired through the hotel for an island tour. He offered no commentary on the sights, history or surroundings and spent a lot of time texting or on phone calls. Pleasant gentleman, but next time I'd hire a bona fide tour company, not what was just 'a driver'. It would also be nice if their pools were a few degrees warmer!

My husband and I stayed in North Santorini for our Honeymoon about 4 days. It was the most amazing experience. The hotel is located in a quiet and tranquil area of Santorini which was perfect for us. We rented a bike for 50€ a day which got us around the island. Its pretty easy to get around using the bike. The breakfast options were amazing and theyre served to your table rather than the buffet style which I really liked. We did get spa treatments and the ladies in the spa, Pelagia, Ilia and Maria were so welcoming and so friendly. They really were the highlight of our trip. The receptionists are also extremely helpful and ready to assist at any time. I have no faults for the hotel everything for us was absolutely perfect. Thank you sooo much.

My husband and I stayed in this hotel for 4 days to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it. There are some minor issues but overall it is a luxury hotel and experience. Pros: - the hotel itself is beautiful, design is very minimal and modern, the rooms are huge and beautiful. Massive beds, views from our balcony were stunning, and the hotel and rooms are quiet and peaceful. We had a hot tub on our balcony. You get a fridge in your room, water refilled each day and a coffee machine with a coffee capsule each day. - each room has its own terrace and most / maybe all with either a small pool or hot tub and sun beds, the way they have been designed is for maximum privacy so you chill on your own terrace or the main pool which is never that busy because everyone has their own space as well - the hot tub we had on our balcony was warm enough that we could enjoy it day and night. In Greece my understanding is hot tubs / pools are not heated they rely on the sun to heat the water during the day. So whilst it is fair to say they are not heated and could be hotter, this is standard in Greece and usually the hotel will specify if it is heated and the hotel website and Q&As on *********** does also explain this - the staff were very accommodating and friendly - the breakfast was amazing, you can order from a menu of different options and you can order multiple things. Coffee was really good. The breakfast area is lovely with amazing views - some of the food the hotel serve is really good. Yes it’s expensive but you are paying for a level of service in beautiful surroundings. We ate round the pool each night and watched the sun set which was perfect - main pool area is also lovely, well kept, amazing sunset views - you can walk to Pyrgos town very easily and eat at other nice restaurants nearby. The walk is maybe 10-15 mins and not that steep. Pyrgos is a really pretty quiet town especially compared to Oia which was too busy - spa is incredible and you book a slot so it’s just you and completely private (for the spa pool and jacuzzi only - see below cons re spa sauna) Cons: - the staff can be a little over-attentive at times and sometimes felt like they were trying to upsell you on food and drinks but I think they are just trying very hard to ensure you have everything you need - the food options for lunch / dinner are quite repetitive so if you’re there for more than a few days you will want to go into town for a change. The drinks are also very expensive which is not surprising but does mean you think twice before ordering more than 1! - the main pool area pool is very cold and not heated. On a very hot day we found this fine but given it’s a 5 star luxury hotel I do think it would be better if it could be heated although noted above this is not the norm in Greece as I understand it, though the hotel is 5* and is catering to international guests so a heated pool is something I would have exp

This is a gorgeous property with spectacular panoramic views! The suites are the way to go. However, closet space was scarce. Also room service was horrible I don’t think they’ve mastered the art and convenience of in room dining, so dine sat the restaurants inside.

Beautiful and chic hotel rooms. Totally quiet and relaxing, great food and attentive staff. Villa was very spacious and easily accommodated 5 adults. A la carte breakfast was great. Overall a very relaxing week - I would highly recommend.

This wonderful hotel surprises you from the moment you arrive... The staff was amazing and made us feel immediately at home... Because of the air chaos that European airports were going through, my wife and I were "rewarded" with the disappearance of our luggage that didn't make it to Santorini... The hotel staff, under the supervision of the manager, Nerantzis Papadopoulos, went out of their way to help us in this misfortune, and finally, with their fundamental help, after a few days we were able to retrieve our luggage... We have nothing but praise for the hotel's facilities: clean, elegant, new, reserved and with a spectacular view. The restaurant is very good, with a different food and drink menu. The breakfast, although with a fixed menu, was tasty and served quickly (in addition to having a beautiful view of the island while enjoying it). About our suite, 103, what can I say? Luxurious, private, with an exclusive pool and unforgettable island views. It is definitely a place to return to again and again!
