Andronis Concept Wellness Resort

Loved the property, unbelievable views. We had our own pool and hot tub. Rooms were spectacular. Eva was one of the reasons I would go back. She was so attentive to all our needs, kept us informed on all our tours and was always there to answer any questions and help with any of our needs. The rest of the staff were also extremely helpful. Definitely recommend staying here if you’re in Santorini.

The hotel is constructed in a very charming way on top of the hill. So your room gets you one of the best views and particularly if you have a plunge pool (which I think all rooms have) is immaculate. Hotels staff is excellent and I think that is the best part of the hotel.. we were assigned Gabriel and she took care of all of our arrangements and needs just so polite and chill. We were booked through fine hotels and resorts by American Express so we had some added parks and I don’t know if that got us any better service or it was just a good service to begin with, but we had made an error of booking three people instead of four . To accommodate that or because of FHR advantage, they upgraded us to a room, to accommodate us four. There are some improvements that can be made.. the hotel has a minimalist architecture or design.. well it may just be okay to have something to put your things and the soap/shampoo etc on.. water was too hard to manage between hot n cold to get a good temperature in shower.The AC in our room hardly worked although we got a 2 bedroom villa and my daughter’s AC worked just fine.. so some infrastructure details need to be finessed. The breakfast was nothing spectacular but the view was just spectacular.. best part of the room was terrace with plunge pool. In a mildly temperate climate you can just sleep there. All in all: Cons: Food, housekeeping and maintenance of rooms need improvement Pros: Service service service.. basically Gabriel’s along with rest of staff service overcame most of the deficits. Location and views are just awesome. Would not mind going back as I am sure by the time I go back the AC will be fixed

It is the best hotel I have ever stayed at! You can get your own private pool and there is a public one along with a spa and gym. The rooms are spectacular and the maids clean very well. The hotel overlooks a beautiful view of the mountains and ocean as well. There is also amazing food at the Throubi Restaurant and the staff is so kind hearted. A definite go to place if you are ever in Santorini

As we (my wife and I) arrived at our hotel in Santorini (Andronis Concept Wellness Resort) - I’m going to put this out there right now - the best hotel experience I’ve ever had! I am a Lifetime Platinum member at a leading hotel chain and have been traveling for my career for almost 20 years, and the Andronis Concept is by far the best! We had mentioned to our trip planner that we wanted to spend the most time in Santorini and also be able to enjoy the hotel as a relaxing end to our vacation and it was beyond expectations. From the moment we arrived for check-in, they immediately took our bags and sat us down on comfortable chairs with a Sangria before beginning the check-in process. This truly felt like hospitality at its finest and made us feel like true family guests and not just hotel customers. This hotel had a massive infinity pool, a heated pool under a cave, and our room had its own private heated infinity pool for ourselves with a postcard view of the caldera! I could not have imagined a better stay and relaxing end to our 10-day trip to Greece. This by far was the best part of our trip - each morning waking up to a billion dollar view and each night watching the glorious Santorini sunset from the privacy of our balcony and pool. We did go out and enjoy two excursions - one being the hike from Fira to Oia which we did one morning - (quick fact - there are a couple other Andronis properties in Oia, so we were able to take advantage of our included breakfast in those sister properties when we reached Oia which was nice). I could not picture a more opulent, satisfying, and memorable stay - from poolside cocktails and bbq, to the incredible Throubi restaurant, and service each day, everything was the definition of premium and quality.

There is so much I could say about this wonderful place, but all I will say is in all our years of traveling to Greece, this is by far the nicest most professional, most luxurious, comfortable, and relaxing place we have stayed. Made even more amazing by the impeccable service of the resort team and Eva who could not do enough for us. Nothing was a problem and she made us feel like VIPs We WILL be back!! We had the best time at this hotel. The sunset views off the infinity pool are spectacular. The breakfast provided was delicious. Staff was extremely accommodating and service was unmatched. I would highly recommend staying here! I also recommend getting a four wheeler through their accommodations and using that as transportation.
