バスで近くまで行き、歩いてホテルまで行きました。Google MAPで行きましたが場所が分かりづらく困難しました。
大きいキャリーバックを持って7分ほど歩きましたが、道が悪く、階段も多いのでとても大変です。
部屋は思ってたより狭く、トイレもシャワーもオープンです。
ジャグジーを楽しみに予約しましたがジャグジーから景色は見えません。寒い時期だったのにお湯がぬるくゆっくり入れません。一緒に行った友達は入らずに終わりました。
朝ごはんは色んな種類から選べ、美味しかったです。
帰りはスタッフの方がバス停までキャリーを運んでくださりとても助かりました。
スタッフの方はフレンドリーでとても良かったと思います。

O Nefeles Luxury Suites não é só um hotel mas sim uma experiência e com bastante que dizer. Começando pela parte humana, a Maria é a melhor recepcionista que já conhecemos, super simpática e sorridente, ajudou-nos em tudo o que precisámos e não nos tivemos que preocupar com nada. Inclusive falávamos durante o dia para dicas de sítios a visitar ou comer! As pessoas que cuidam do hotel, todos eles foram muito atenciosos connosco, inclusive contaram-nos a história da ilha e o orgulho nas suas raízes é notório. Todo o staff nos pôs logo muito à vontade e fomos bem recebidos como nunca. Relativamente às condições do hotel em si, fica um pouco difícil explicar em palavras. É um sítio mágico posicionado mesmo no centro de Fira o que permite ter uma vista surreal para a caldeira central e restante ilha. Ficámos no quarto com jacuzzi e de lá temos o melhor pôr-do-sol que se possa imaginar, é mesmo incrível. A comida é muito boa e todo o hotel está arranjado ao detalhe, as fotos de apresentação são boas mas não lhe fazem justiça. Jamais esqueceremos esta experiência e embora não gostemos de repetir estadias, este é sem dúvida um sítio onde queremos voltar! Perfeito é a palavra que descreve o Nefeles Luxury Suites, não poderíamos recomendar mais.

This hotel was a genuine find. From the moment we arrived we were greeted with incredible hospitality. The entire staff was dedicated to making sure we had an amazing stay. The room was clean and beautiful, better than pics. Breakfast was served every morning on our balcony. The views from the balcony are stunning! So tempting to never leave the hotel. Perfect location for restaurants and shopping. 10 min walk to bus station. We will be back!!

Very Bad experience overall. No parking even if the advertise on booking states there is free parking . No hot water in the shower !! Jacuzzi was pouring water into the room. 2nd room is only for children hight 1:60 but didn’t say. And no water from the sink. When I complaint I was called a lier. We will never come back and don’t recommend no one. But the view is amazing. Come to Santorini’s but to other hotel 😀

I surprised my 18 year old niece during March Spring Break with this hotel on Santorini. As we walked up and down the stairs while the bellmen carried our bags, she continued to look behind at me with a look on her face of disbelief. Then when we walked to the top and saw the view, her exact words were, "Are you kidding me right now? How did you find this place?!" We cannot recommend this hotel enough! 1) The employees were BEYOND WONDERFUL! We literally felt like they became family and their goal was to make sure we felt like we were at home. 2) Location, location, location to everything! 3) THE VIEWS! Literally no reason to leave! In fact, we never wanted to leave! Our room was EXACTLY as the photos online show except better in person. Breakfast in the room or on the patio are both perfect. The bathroom was huge and wonderful, and the hot tub was perfect after a long day of walking the stairs of Santorini! PLEASE look no further than this fabulous hotel for your stay on this island.

We were very impressed with this unique suite! Never stayed in a room quite like it. So crisp and clean, comfortable bed, and everything we needed in the most simplistic way. The hotel is located in the perfect spot, easy to walk to town square and the most spectacular cliff side sunset views from our private patio and hot tub! From the moment we arrived Athena and Archie went over and above for us. Daily breakfast was included and delicious, served on the patio every morning at the time of our choosing. Athena also booked our amazing sunset catamaran cruise as well as a private driver to take us all over the island to places we would have never found on our own. The one thing that was very different for us - the shower and toilet area were open, no actual doors in the cave suite. After the first day we were used to it, would not deter us from staying again.

The most amazing stay in Santorini. Nefeles Luxury gave us a magical experience and definitely worth the money. The views were astonishing and the staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. 10/10 experience. The views and the food were impressive!!

Staying in Nefeles Suites made our time in beautiful Santorini perfect from start to finish. The magnificent view from our balcony left us speechless. Everything was top-notch: the breakfast service, cleanliness, the stunning location with its sunsets, but most of all the friendly staff. Everyone put their heart into making us feel at home. We miss Nefeles and everyone there already!
