Maravilhosa! O hotel é lindo, o check-in foi flexível, muito bom pois nosso voo atrasou. A equipe foi muito atenciosa. Café da manhã incrível, servido em um jardim, com muito carinho e atendimento diferenciado. Quarto lindo, espaçoso, limpeza diária. Vista maravilhosa de Santorini. Tínhamos o ferry para Mykonos cedo e serviram o café mais cedo por nossa solicitação. Com certeza voltaríamos e recomendamos!

Na bela Thira, que pode ser surpreendida pelos turistas, este hotel era muito calmo e tranquilo. O terreno do hotel, o jardim e a piscina pareciam um oásis nos passos constantes dos passageiros de cruzeiros que viajavam durante o dia. Os funcionários foram prestativos e bem informados sobre a ilha e coisas para fazer. O café da manhã foi ótimo, com uma bela seleção de alimentos disponíveis. Hotel fica perto de um excelente restaurante Salt and Pepper que tinha a MELHOR culinária grega. Minha única sugestão é que a iluminação do quarto do hotel fosse fraca, especialmente no banheiro. Mas quem se importa? Estávamos conhecendo a linda ilha.

Told to switch room a day after we checkin; stated they gave us the wrong room. Very old hotel; unclean sheet. Breakfast is the best part. If you book transfer to airport though hotel; make sure you confirm it. They did not book it until I asked again to confirm.

The hotel was in a great location in Fira with direct access to the old quarter, its shops, restaurants and bars. It was also a spacious haven from the busyness and activity of these close, small streets. The bus terminal was only a 10 minute walk away. Breakfast offered a good and plentiful selection. All staff were very friendly and helpful with lots of advice about local amenities and activities. FOur suite was very spacious and the bed extremely comfortable though I would suggest an option of separating the two single beds. My daughter and I were sharing the room but the beds were together with double sheets on them. There was a second single bed in the suite which was useful. A small but immaculate swimming pool was very inviting though we never made use of it as we were just too busy. Our one criticism was the somewhat tired condition of the bath and shower area. It was not of the standard of the rest of the hotel.
All in all we enjoyed our stay very much and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Aria Lito Mansion

The location is fantastic but this property is extremely dated and needs updating. The bed is uncomfortable, the shower has mold around the tub fixture with a super dated hand held shower attached to tub fixtures, and the rooms have really thin walls. You wil hear everything at night and with the wind in Santorini, that is a lot of noise. There is a good breakfast buffet in the garden in the morning….. staff is friendly but the place is a bit rough for the price.

Good location near the center of Fira. A converted old mansion with charm. Great staff. Shower would go cold for a few seconds periodically but really enjoyed my stay.
