兩位前台的工作人員，年長的那位女士讓人非常明顯的感覺到了什麼叫做區別對待，較年輕的那位女士態度極度冰冷，臉無表情，好像客人欠了她什麼似的。酒店餐廳的工作人員的態度還是挺好的。

Boa localização, a 15 minutos do centro de Thira mas longe do movimento de turistas. A vila de imerovigli está no ponto mais alto da ilha e possui vistas maravilhosas sem a multidão de Oia. O acesso e bom pois há um estacionamento ao lado. O ônibus local também tem pontos próximos. Quarto de bom tamanho e bem limpos. Café da manhã a lá Carte com boa variedade e qualidade, de frente o caldeira. Recomendado.

This hotel deserves the recognition! We stayed here in October in the Honeymoon Suite. The views are breathtaking 😍 situated in Imerovigli, a perfect location. Would highly recommended. The food in the restaurant is second to none. The staff are very nice and accommodating. I would def book again!

Akra Suites is located on one of the highest point in Santorini, Imerovigli and the view of the Caldera from the suite is breath-taking. I love the area as it is less crowded than Fira/ Thira, but not that far to walk to the city centre or Oia. There’s a mini mart and car rental at the back of the suite, and a small carpark nearby for drop-off so you don’t have to walk too far with your luggage. The breakfast and facilities in this suite is excellent, and the area all around is absolutely clean and beautiful. We are very thankful to the manager Christina, the service staff at the restaurant and spa who are very helpful and friendly, and made our 20th wedding Anniversary stay an absolute delight. I have done a lot of research and so glad I found the perfect accommodation. THANK YOU❤️ I love that the Aerno restaurant at our suite serves very good food throughout the day so we don’t have to walk too far to settle our meals. The must-try include the Aerno cheeseburger, seafood linguine, grilled Octupus, etc. If you want to watch the sunset, The Vines at Fira offers a great view.

A truely memorable stay thanks to Angeliki Andrikopoulou. Santorini has a multitude of hotels/rooms to book which can often be overwhelming. Look no further and just book here. The location is perfect middle ground between Oia (20 minute taxi or 2 hour gorgeous early morning hike) and Fira (20 minute walk). The great thing about this area too is less crowded and feels a bit more relaxed with lovely restaurant options that local’s would recommend. The hotel is stunning. We loved our room. The pool is perfect as walkers passing by the hotel can’t really see you as it’s raised from the pedestrian path. The food is delicious. If I wasn’t staying at the hotel I would come to it for the food. The spa is lovely, great treatments on offer with good therapists. What made our stay however was Angeliki Andrikopoulou. The level of professionalism and attention to detail was exceptional. The group is extremely lucky to have found such a talented young lady to represent.

Time stops in the best possible way upon check-in to the Akra Suites. Located at the highest point in Santorini this small little boutique hotel wins a privacy award amidst being very close to restaurant and shop heavy Capital of Fira. Each room feels very secluded and spacious with breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea. The infinity pool is spills right into the sea but is higher than the foot traffic outside the hotel giving you the feel of total respite. The staff is completely warm, gentile and knowledgeable about things to do and how to book arrangements that are desired. The breakfast every morning was abundant and delicious. We cannot wait to return to this magical place.

After missing a connecting ferry through Santorini on a busy Greek summer evening, my cousins and I were left without accommodation for an unexpected night on the island! We were so fortunate to come across Akra Suites - after a quick phone call with Christina from the port, we were on our way to the beautiful accomodation and the stress of our ferry dramas quickly evaporated. We loved being welcomed to Akra Suites by the lovely staff, into our gorgeous room with jacuzzi and some free bubbles :) The rooms are clean with lovely decor, the breakfast in the restaurant is superb and the location of the hotel is perfect - just a 20 min walk outside the hustle bustle of the main city of Thira. We enjoyed a morning walk to Skaros rock which gave amazing views of the Caldera. Christina from reception also recommended some lovely, authentic Greek restaurants - we went for To Briki which was a 10 minute walk from the hotel with insane views of the Caldera.We felt very lucky to have spent a short, unexpected stay at the wonderful Akra Suites and will definitely be going back for more in the future!
