É um hotel boutique delicioso com um clima bastante familiar. A dona nos recebeu com extremo carinho e foi muito atenciosa. O café da manhã era muito bem feito e com muita atenção aos detalhes. Todos muito simpáticos e solícitos em tudo. Adoramos. E tudo isso com uma piscina com uma vista linda. Com certeza recomendo e pretendo voltar.

Great location, excellent service, wonderful room! The best advantage is the underground parking which is only a lift ride away from your room; unheard of for caldera hotels. Ideal for guests that want to explore the island both on foot (20' walk to Fira, 5' walk to Imerovigli) and by car. Underground parking with direct access to the rooms!!! Phenomenal comfort when you have all kinds of luggage. It might take away from the arrival experience but the wow factor is only a level up by elevator!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The staff was friendly, the location was great and the views are spectacular. The hotel has a great pool as well, which we unfortunately didn't get to use due to a packed schedule. We stayed in a Caldera Panorama room, which has a great balcony and hot tub. The hot tub could have been a bit cleaner, and one of the parts also came off on its own, but overall it was nice to have. The room was a bit small, but the bathroom was spacious. It was clean overall, although the floors could have been cleaner/swept more when we arrived (note: I didn't have time to call the front desk about this, otherwise I'm sure they would have addressed it immediately). The true standouts for our stay were: i) the service/staff and ii) the hotel breakfast. The staff was SO helpful leading up to our stay, and were very responsive to all of my questions/offered great recommendations. Breakfast was absolutely delicious. Not only did they have a buffet, but they also offered a variety of egg dishes that were spectacular. And their freddo cappuccino was one of the best I had in Greece. Not to mention the breathtaking view while eating. Highly recommend staying here!

I am amazed with this hotel!!!!! I have stayed in many 5 star hotels all around the world, but this hotel is so special. Beautiful rooms, sceneries , amazing service , quality food and great location. The receptionist Eleni is just wonderful! I still have another day to stay here and I wish I booked more days. Will be back for sure!

Excellent hotel. Beautiful views. However, pool is right on top of busy walkway and offers no privacy from people walking along. Some people even reach over and dip hands in the pool! Aside from that issue, nothing but 5 stars.

Hotel was lovely and view is beautiful. The staff were all brilliant, polite, friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was really good also. Couldn’t fault the hotel and had a great stay. Felt worth while getting the caldera view room.
