Very good location in the city Imerovigli - closed to center of city but with amazing view on caldera. Staff was good and helpful. Hotel is big, so sometime it is not easy to find the room when you are "tired" after the dinner ;) They have amazing swim pool!

Full sunset view for all rooms. Excellent service, polite staff and resort well located from crowded street. Tap water is not drinkable and water may not hot enough.

Tive uma ótima experiência nesse hotel. Nosso quarto era muito bem localizado, perto da piscina principal, do bar, do restaurante e da recepção. O quarto estava sempre limpo e bem apresentável. O bar tinha um bom atendimento e sua varanda possui um vista privilegiada para assitir ao pôr do sol. Os atendentes e o gerente eram bastante atenciosos e nos ajudaram a organizar os passeios (barco pela ilha, tour de vinho, transfer para o porto e aeroporto e reserva em restaurante), dando boas sugestões para aproveitar o tempo na ilha. O almoço no bar e o café da manhã no restaurante ofereceram uma ótima experiência gastronômica, diferente da culinária comum da Grécia. A localização requer uma caminhada de 20min até Fira se você não quiser gastar dinheiro com transporte, mas oferece a melhor paisagem de Fira ao longo do percurso, tanto de dia quanto de noite. Mesmo assim, é fácil conseguir pegar táxi/ônibus para Fira ou Oia. Não tive motivo algum de reclamações e minha estadia na ilha foi muito bem aproveitada por conta dos eventos que realizei apoiados pelo hotel! I had a great experience at this hotel. Our room was very well located, close to the main pool, bar, restaurant and reception. The room was always clean and presentable. The bar had good service and its balcony has a privileged view to watch the sunset. The attendants and the manager were very attentive and helped us organize the tours (boat around the island, wine tour, transfer to the port and airport and restaurant reservation), giving good suggestions to enjoy the time on the island. Lunch at the bar and breakfast at the restaurant offered a great dining experience, different from ordinary Greek cuisine. The location requires a 20min walk to Fira if you don't want to spend money on transport, but it offers the best view of Fira that can be seen along the way during the daylight or at night. Even so, it is easy to get a taxi/bus to Fira or Oia. I had no reason to complain and my stay on the island was very well spent on account of the events which I was supported by the hotel!

The location and the exterior of the hotel are both stunning - beautiful white buildings set into the face of the caldera. The views are to die for. The rooms, however, are a different story entirely. We booked a "superior" and it clearly hadn't been remodeled in at least 20 years! Everything was clean and workable, but certainly not very nice. The food in the restaurant for breakfst was just average; cappuccinos tasted terrible, things that needed to be kept warm were not, hot water wasn't hot, and nothing tasted very good. Fried eggs were almost raw. The dining room view, however, was spectacular. Nice personnel. The dinner was very strange - moussaka balls which had sugar in them, and a strange fish served with some odd sauces. If you have mobility issues, this hotel (and any like it, actually) will not be for you because of the insane number of stairs everywhere. The one thing they could do to make things better and safer would be to install handrails. That would help a great deal. Would I stay here again? Defintely not, as there are much better and nicer places on the island. If I didn't care about the room and the food, then yes, maybe because the views were absolutely the best.

This is a lovely hotel without a doubt but might not be for everyone, just got back after a week at Andromeda, the staff are so lovely and will do anything for you, constant attention to your needs, the cleaning lady we had was lovely, rooms cleaned every day and beds made with lovely towel displays and petals. What we didn’t realise and it’s important was how many steps there are st this hotel… a lot !! We struggled first few days but it got easier, def not for children or the elderly or disabled, you will find it difficult even with the lifts. The views and sunsets from the hotel are fabulous. The constant music from the bar becomes annoying on top of other guest shouting and being loud… we were near the bar… at least 4 weddings whilst we were there . Breakfast is good choice for Europeans but very little choice of hot choices. Bar prices expensive €8 for small beer and €14 for a bacardi and coke !!!. Also I think they mislead people with the room choices … so be wsrned

Gorgeous location, and the exterior of the hotel/resort was lovely. Everything was whitewashed and clean. The personnel spoke good English and were friendly and helpful. However, we have been overcharged multiple times after leaving the hotel and we can’t get the to straighten things out, which is something I do not appreciate. We paid everything before we left and confirmed all was correct and then extra charges started showing up afterward. Weird! The room we had, 17, was two levels above the pool and in a good spot. However, the room had not been touched for a renovation in many years and is in need of a refresh. The bed was very low to the ground and quite hard. No place to put toiletries in the bathroom. As to the food, we were there for a wedding and the wedding food was excellent. No idea why, but it was quite different from anything we ate either for a dinner in the hotel’s restaurant, which was mediocre, weird and expensive, and breakfast. Pancakes were served cold, eggs barely cooked, pastries tasteless and the coffee machine in the restaurant made terrible-tasting espresso. We stopped eating at the hotel the first day and enjoyed a restaurant up at the top of the hotel in Imerovigli, much more. Also, if you stay in any of the caldera hotels you have to know that there are multiple levels of steps to go anywhere. Not suitable for us but if you are in good shape, they are lovely places to stay and the views are amazing. BTW, the wedding and all the associated services that were arranged, went beautifully and there were no glitches.

Loved our stay here! Our room was lovely and the view was amazing perfect for watching the sunset. The staff were all friendly, professional and helpful (even when some of the guests are quite rude to them). Lots of steps but we found that ok and worth it for the views and the luggage was bright to and from our room for us. We ate in the restaurant one evening and it was lovely. Breakfast was perfect for us too, not a large selection but everything we wanted was there, fresh fruit, cakes, croissants, hot selection etc. Hotel and pool were very clean. Oh, and the poolside cocktails delicious!

Very nice hotel located at Imer, half way from Thira and from Oia Beautifully located overviewing the caldera, the right place to relax with less tourists than other villages. All hotels in white, in the typical Greek way of imagining. We were upgraded freely to a suite so we could not ask for more. I would suggest improve breakfast because the food has always been the same for 3 days....

We had a mixed experience. It should have been spectacular, but unfortunately the customer service aspect fell short. We booked a pool suite to celebrate our 50th Wedding Anniversary and made a reservation in the restaurant for a celebratory dinner with sunset view. When we walked down the 6 flights of stairs to the restaurant we were told that a photo shoot was going on and even though they took the reservation they couldn't accommodate us. 50 years in the making and poof - anniversary ruined! Long story short, we went to a restaurant a few doors down (The Wine Bar) who treated us with generosity and respect, unlike our hotel... As days ticked by, any small request we had was always met with a 'no'. Every afternoon and evening there were multiple elaborate photo shoots and weddings staged in front of our room/view leaving us with no privacy on our patio. We had a very frustrating and unhappy stay. This is more a wedding venue than a hotel as they do not show respect to their non-wedding guests.
