very nice view with fantastic service，Beautiful Helen is really nice to the guests，thoughtful，and smile all the time. Hotel also provide with shuttle bus to the town（busy area）for free.

Atendimento péssimo! Reserva feita pelo Booking, já na recepção não encontraram, mesmo mostrando a reserva no aplicativo. Queriam cobrar 100,00 euros por dia a mais. Demoraram quase 2 horas para resolver o problema após muita discussão. No caso restaurante também equipe sem treinamento e serviço péssimo. Não se pode ver o pôr do sol da piscina, nos obrigaram a sair das espreguiçadeiras as 19:00. Mesmo trajados adequadamente.

My husband and I traveled with our two adult kids to Santorini in anticipation of creating some memorable experiences together. We stayed in a 2-Bedroom Pool Villa at Canaves Epitome. Epitome started off our time in Santorini with the “wow” factor! The above-and-beyond service, beautiful accommodations, stellar views, cleanliness, amenities, and all the little extras they provided were absolutely exquisite. We felt pampered throughout our stay, with each interaction making us feel like we were their only guests. We really appreciated: WhatsApp for communicating with them about anything; Complimentary shuttle service to the center of Oia, they even accommodated us with a specific drop off and pick up point; Heated villa pool (and dual outdoor shower) overlooking the caldera allowing for personal and peaceful sunset views; Complimentary breakfast menu choices were plentiful, delicious, and served on our villa’s patio; Their restaurant, Omnia, was exceptional. Family style servings so everyone could taste a little of everything. Flavors were wonderful and recommendation of wine pairings right on. For a truly first-class stay, one that will enhance your memories and experience of Santorini, we highly recommend Canaves Epitome.

This was the trip of a lifetime. The staff was so kind and went above and beyond every day to ensure our every needs were met! Some specific staff members that stood out were Reina, who did our wine tasting at the hotel, and Keraki who was our waitress every morning for breakfast. They both made the trip even better. We stayed in one of the hideaway pool suites and accommodation itself was breathtaking. I highly suggest doing a tasting at elements and staying for the sunset! This whole experience was one we will never forget. Thank you Canaves Oia Epitome, you all were amazing!
