Um apartamento mais recente sem cozinha e com estacionamento pago (10 euros). Provavelmente uma boa área para os padrões espanhóis. Infelizmente, nada está acontecendo no bairro e também não havia vistas agradáveis. A coisa toda era muito cara para mim se eu incluísse o espaço de estacionamento necessário. Estava quieto com poucos convidados. Um forno de microondas certamente faria sentido aqui, para que você possa preparar uma coisinha.

Os funcionários foram muito prestativos em nos contar sobre a área ou reservar uma mesa ou informar ao motorista de táxi (pré-combinado) onde nos encontrar! Pode-se percorrer muitos bons restaurantes - gostamos de Sukura e da pizzaria na mesma rua. Quartos muito tranquilos e agradáveis.

As pessoas na recepção (Isabel & George especialmente) foram muito úteis em todas as coisas. Eles estavam ansiosos para ajudar e tinham muitas sugestões de lugares para comer e coisas para ver. Mal posso esperar para ficar aqui novamente!

Um pequeno hotel agradável em uma pequena cidade agradável. Perfeito para explorar a cidade e ainda estar em um bairro tranquilo.

We stayed here for five nights to visit our daughter who lives in Santander - what a gem of a hotel! Very clean, very quiet, the staff were excellent. They helped us with directions, gave us recommendations, and they were so helpful in every way and so friendly. I loved the little extras in the room like the breakfast items - a lovely touch. Hotel was spotless. I would definitely return.

Everything about this place was fantastic, we couldn't have asked for anything better. Check in was done online before we flew, so, after a complimentary glass of Cava, we were straight up to our rooms. The room was lovely, clean and spacious with a balcony overlooking the city (paid upgrade), coffee machine and pastries re-stocked each day. Daniel, the concierge, was outstanding and couldn't have done more to assist us; he really added to our experience and provided us with everything we needed, including a map with the hotel, best restaurants and tourist destinations marked out. The hotel was 10 minutes walk to the waterfront and downtown (depending on your walking pace) and everything you needed was very close-by. We would 100% recommend and would love to return in the summer. Thank you!

The hotel is located in an elegant residential area of the city, within a distance walk from the centre (important: if you are arriving by car, book a parking space in advance, otherwise, you will have to park on the street, where it will be difficult to find a parking space). An elegant mansion, with a courtyard pool. The staff were extremely helpful, rarely seen elsewhere. The room (20 m2) we booked was advertised with a view, which was on the ground floor, so don't pay extra for this. The room was clean and tidy, served some local sweets. Otherwise we didn't really understand the furnishings of the room, the bed was on top of a wardrobe, but it was comfortable. Apart from a few minor details (the fan in the bath and fridge did not work properly), we were satisfied. Recommend, if you get a reasonable price.

Excellent location for walking into the town for the bars and restaurants. Nice book in with a glass of cava offered. Clean rooms. Secure parking available. We have stopped at Santander before and in future will stay here before our ferry travel back to the UK. Receptionist also took time in showing us on the map local restaurants and bars, so 10/10 for that. Local fish restaurant was superb.

We were quite looking forward to our two nights in Santander at this boutique Hotel, and it commenced with promise on arrival, glass of champagne in hand. However when we were shown our room…..well let me say categorically, Harry Potters room under the stairwell certainly does exist! And nothing like the marketing pictures. -the room was one of two downstairs below street level, and so small there wasn’t room for open suit cases and people to move around the bed. (Photo attached). -the air con temperature is fixed at 23 degrees which is warmer than we set out heaters back home- however even that didn’t function. I spoke with the on site staff member who was extremely reluctant to enter our room but advised the windows must be closed for it to function. Wrong-it didn’t work at all! - the small double bed was broken and squeaked every time you moved. -and in room breakfast for two! Really? (Photo attached). So, a broom closet for a room that had the temperature of a sauna! We booked another hotel and left. Be very aware if you choose this boutique hotel as the difference between the rooms is enormous. It was a disgrace.
