We arrived at past midnight to meet an elderly receptionist who refused to let my 7yr old stay. For almost an hour we were stuck at reception. Tired and now stressed. They then insisted on holding my daughter’s passport ( as though we would pay to stay in a hotel for four nights and run away after one night). That act alone was INSULTING!. First thing in the morning they kept calling to ask for an extra €48 to let my kid stay. Please note that on the trip.com site it says kids under 12 stay for free and the room was large enough for two adults and a child. There was a sofa bed. Clearly this €48 was more important to them than courtesy. There were better ways to handle this. The money was paid by me. I was very very displeased.

Отель находится в красивом округе Санта Понса - горы, зелень, море. Номера просторные и есть балкон. Спокойный район ( можно поспать ночью). На территории отеля два бассейна -взрослый и для детей , есть анимация. Пешком за 15-17 минут можно дойти до пляжа . Рядом есть магазины , кафе. Из минусов : нет кофемашины 🥲 Оплата на территории отеля/в кафе только картой. Постельное белье было с запахом сырости. Если вы покидаете комнату , то перестает работать холодильник ( поэтому просите вторую магнитную карту, иначе еда в холодильнике испортиться).

Currently at this hotel and it’s a diamond find, staff are just so nice and helpful the whole hotel smells amazing wish they sold it in bottles. It’s out of season at the moment so plenty of room around the pool lots of sun beds and food and drinks very quick service and with a smile 🥰

Had a great holiday at Easter. The staff were amazing very friendly - special thanks to Pablo and Luis at the pool bar. Beds very comfy, food good and only a 10/15 minute walk to the busier centre. Only criticism is the cups in the apartment could be bigger and the pool could’ve been slightly heated. It was pretty cold at first but ok once you got used to it. Hotel in general very clean

Great resort. Hotel conveniently located for beaches, bars and shops. Santa ponsa beach is a short walk away. We were checked in and looked after by Tahsin who was so lovely and welcoming. He went out of his way to provide us with lots of information. Rooms were modern, clean and functional. Modern bathroom/kitchen space and well catered for. Same for pools and bar area. Cleaned daily and well maintained Would highly recommend- ideal for families

I stayed with my son, friend and her 3 children/teenagers. This was my first visit to Mallorca and I hope it won’t be the last. The Globales resort was exactly what we hoped for. The children (aged 10, 13, 14, 17) loved the safe and relaxed environment and enjoyed the lovely pool and football area. There was a relaxed feel to the place with children of all ages playing together. Andre was in charge of entertainment and did an amazing job providing activities for children of all ages including card games, darts, colouring, walking on water etc. Andre is a real asset to the resort, kind patient and a real superstar! The reception staff were also kind and helpful. With happy children, we were able to relax around the pool with a glass of rosé or two! The bar staff were absolutely superb, Luis ran the bar and nothing was ever too much trouble, he was friendly and cheerful and made everyone feel happy and relaxed. The staff were all lovely but Luis and Pablo were absolutely outstanding and really made our holiday. We had breakfast each day in the snack bar, the chocolate waffles were a real hit with the kids but there were several other choices. The snack bar was open during the day (until just before 6pm) serving all sorts of food. The studio and apartment rooms were clean and spacious with everything you need if you fancy a bit of self catering ( we didn’t do much of that). Both rooms had decent sized balconies too. Locally there are many restaurants catering for all tastes all within a short walk. There are also beaches and quiet coves to explore within walking distance and several gift shops and small supermarkets. If you’re looking for fun a relaxation, this is a perfect choice.

Visited the hotel for 4 nights as a couples getaway. Upon arrival at 10am we were warmly greeted by Khris on reception who offered us an upgraded room of €10 pn meaning we could get into room straight away (check in not until 2pm) so we accepted as wanted to get out in the sun! The room was very clean - basic but what else do you need? We had a studio and there was a fridge, toaster, kettle and 2 cooking rings plus cutlery plates etc. The pool bar is nice but only opens from 9am-6pm meaning nowhere to get a drink/food after this time which is strange. The staff are all helpful and friendly There is a spar about a 5 min walk away and Santa ponsa with numerous restaurants and bars a further 10 mins. This isn’t a typically Spanish resort - every other building is an Irish bar and there are lots of fast food places - not really what we expected. The pool isn’t heated so takes your breath away - didn’t really warm up all day despite the unusually warm temperatures for this time of year. Would return to the hotel if it was in a different area. So clean and adequate for our needs
