El personal del hotel es muy amable y todos los servicios son muy correctos para el precio que pagamos.

Bel hotel bien situé à coté d'une belle grande plage. Accueil agréable, personnel souriant.Personnel du service restauration très sympa. Dommage que le jacuzzi n'était pas en route.Beau buffet varié par contre je trouve qu'il n'est pas normal que l'on doive payer l'eau quand on paye la demi-pension ! Nous avons était dans d'autres hotels de Majorque où l'eau , les sodas et le vin était en libre service. Juste coté piscine, le fait que beaucoup de personnes réservent leurs transats dès 7 h du matin en posant des serviettes sans être présents, du coup, plus de possibilité de s'installer autour de la piscine après notre petit-déjeuner , la direction de l'hotel devrait l'interdire !

Este não é um hotel 4 estrelas. Os quartos e a área da piscina são adoráveis, mas é aí que termina. Chegamos à meia-noite e fomos ignorados por 5 minutos enquanto as duas senhoras da recepção discutiam. Fizemos o check-in, mas não nos disseram nada sobre o hotel ou onde estava alguma coisa. A comida era horrível, então comíamos fora na maioria dos dias. Os lanches eram apenas um pouco de pão, queijo e bolo deixados no bar entre 3 e 5. Reservamos este hotel porque tinha uma academia, mas no segundo dia a maior parte do equipamento foi retirada e quando perguntei, eles disseram que seria substituído, mas não foi. Não houve entretenimento diurno ou noturno, o que eu achava padrão para hotéis com tudo incluído, além de um cantor em 1 noite. A equipe foi rude e ignorante, não conseguia nem sorrir. Demorou muito para ser servido no bar. O único membro agradável da equipe foi Natalia atrás do bar, que era adorável e amigável.

Infelizmente não corresponde ao preço e padrão que os começos estão identificando. Na chegada, são fornecidas muito poucas informações sobre as instalações, bem como sobre as regras das refeições. Tínhamos meia pensão e descobrimos que não é fornecida água para o jantar. Você precisa pedir 500ml por menos de € 4. um pouco decepcionante quando você está pagando extra pela meia pensão. O quarto e o hotel parecem limpos, mas, novamente, quando você começa a usá-los, isso muda automaticamente para um padrão ruim. O ar condicionado não funcionou. Fez barulho, mas não vinha ar frio, então fomos cobrados durante a noite. O chuveiro muda de temperatura de água fria para água absolutamente quente sem aviso prévio. Havíamos comunicado o problema à recepção, mas infelizmente soubemos que isso pode acontecer quando outra pessoa está tomando banho. Muito difícil pois o hotel é enorme com 7 andares... Difícil não estar ao mesmo tempo tomando banho com outros visitantes do hotel. Nós nunca soubemos ou fomos informados de que havia uma segunda piscina subterrânea e uma academia gratuita. A equipe geralmente é simpática, a menos que você tente tirar uma maçã da sala. Entrada!

Too much we did not like as others have said before. Check in slow Receptionist surly Dining room chaotic Breakfast taken away at 10.00 on the dot even though the breakfast hours are until 10.00. Staff physically stopping guests from passing for more hot water! Hand up...shouting NO at guests. We only went once...again chaotic. No proper tea, leaky teapots, water from 1 ancient old urn! Main bar is expensive. The Sky bar is much cheaper- why??? There is an extra sun terrace on Level 5. Nobody seems to use it. No poolside service for anything. The hotel has a good location, rooms are large but ours had only side sea view but we paid for sea view. Some rooms are refurbished some are old. Very few walk in showers. Lots of hot water abd good shower heads. We found the staff to be unfriendly and we won't be back to any Bahia hotel. This hotel needs a new manager and a huge amount of changes made to all services! There are many German guests. Written notices were put up only in German. The pool is unheated and there are not many sunbeds and no proper umbrellas. We enjoyed Santa Ponsa but although on half board we ate out almost all of the time.

After a concerning start to the holiday when we were told our booked room wasn't ready or available for us for the first night of our stay requiring a stay in a smaller non balconied room things did improve. Our allocated room for the rest of the break was excellent with modern features and plenty of space in our room with a balcony on the 7th floor giving elevated and spectacular views over the beach and bay area. The bed was king size and there were 2 separate areas to the room with a partial central partition with the tv on the bed side and a desk with chair and sofa that converted into a bed on the other. The ensuite was very up to date with walk in shower, his and hers sinks and toilet all behind frosted sliding door and panel. The facilities in the hotel are excellent a true 4 star hotel with a spa area with indoor pool and sauna and 2 outdoor pools. Good area of seating available around the main pool but the bonus was a sundeck on the 5th floor for those wishing to sunbathe in a quieter area and there was the ' skybar' outside of the 7th floor on the roof which gave similar spectacular views over the bay. The hotel itself had a bus stop outside and was around 300 metres from the beach and town centre area up a slight gradient in the road which resulted in its elevated position. Santa Ponza itself is about 1 hour transfer by coach from the airport but considerably less by taxi no doubt. This resort is also only about 35 m ins bus ride from the capital Palma and it is well worth a visit for the day with its Palaces , fort and Cathedral areas as well as lovely quaint narrow streets and colonial era buildings. The food choices at all meals were good with food cooked to a good standard albeit a little too much emphasis on fish and paella for my taste.

This is a good hotel with the potential to be so much better. Let’s start with the positives: Arriving you’re greeted with a lovely reception area which is modern and well maintained. Check in was easy and efficient. Our room wasn’t ready as we arrived mid morning but we were given access to all of the facilities. The hotel is well located on the quieter side of the bay but with plenty of shops, supermarkets , restaurants and bars to choose from. Our room was a great size with plenty of storage and an amazing view of the pool and the wider bay. The pool isn’t massive but there were always sunbeds and it was well maintained and looked after. The all inclusive had a good selection and all of the staff we encountered were friendly . Could be betters- The food- breakfast and lunch you could get by on as long as you like hand and cheese 😂 Lunches were pretty basic but you could find something . Dinners however were pretty poor- with thrown together selections that didn’t look particularly appealing. APART FROM THE 🐟 that was always great - the heat. Our room was stifling and the air con for the entire hotel hadn’t been turned on as it wasn’t peak season. It made getting a good nights sleep pretty tough. Receptions answer was simply that it wasn’t hot enough but at 27c I thought it really should have been. Seems like a way to keep costs down at guests inconvenience

Very clean modern hotel with helpful staff. Indoor pool for those colder days . Rooftop bar . Nice rooms with a fridge once you realise it’s there 🙈😂cleaned every day . Close to beach and bars / restaurants , shops . Would definitely go back to this hotel

Had a very enjoyable stay bedroom beautiful very modern decor found most staff to be very helpful check in receptionist ,entertainment Patrick bar staff /waitertresses except two night time bar staff left me waiting and served others who arrived to bar after me.Live music was excellent ,girl vocalists very engaging with the crowd and kept the a**osphere very lively.
