TRH Jardín Del Mar

Lovely hotel/apartments, although rooms were basic, they were adequate, especially for the price we paid. Not too far from the centre, there is also shops, bars and restaurants nearby. Pool area nice and clean. We didn't use the restaurant facilities, so we can't comment. We have to to better places, bit we've also been to worse. But you get what you pay for and we would stay here again.

Much better than I expected After reading the comments I didn’t expect much, it is dated, but so clean. Two pools, looking out onto the beach Great location, perfect for my two small children. We booked self catering- lots of restaurants and two supermarkets on the doorstep. We walked down to the little sea cove each night. Little park area for the children to play by the square And we went for breakfast in The Glasgow each morning, my children are fussy however they loved the breakfast there.

Budget hotel, overcrowded pool area which resulted in lounger wars at dawn! The food was awful and the hotel was grubby. The staff were not pleasant which was a reflection of the whole business as a whole! It needs to be refurbished with a new positive management regime put in place for the benefit of the customer!I will certainly NEVER be going back!

This hotel has a really relaxing yet fun vibe to it. Excellent animatiòn by Sofia! No pressure to play the games and lots of support for newbies! No loud music by the pool. Great restaurant team and maître’d! Spacious rooms. Happy holiday! :)

Family four , we just had 4 night break here , but throughly enjoyed it , upgraded to sea view room which was such a lovely you , apartment have got everything you need in them , we where bed breakfast which was ok to , yes room bit dated but they fine , if want more fancy go pay more ! Plenty near to hotel pubs the square which has good chippy there Or 5 mins walk to busier part We be more then happy to return to this hotel

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The situation is perfect with beautiful sea views if you get a sea view room. It is just outside the main town and the large beach but a walkable distance but there are bars and shops nearby. We had intended to go self catering and eat out because some of the reviews of the food seemed disappointing. However, because of a broken toe for one of the party, which meant walking for him was uncomfortable, we upgraded to half board . I have nothing but praise for the restaurant. The food was very good and there was always a vegetarian option, however, it was the waiting staff who made all the difference. They were very attentive and obliging, For lunch we ate at the snack bar by the pool and again can’t fault the food or the staff. In fact, all the staff were exemplary. Good use was made of the outdoor pool by most of the party.. They tried the indoor pool but as it was early in the season that soon became quite crowded. I would agree with other posters that the steps into the pool could do with upgrading. They are quite difficult to get out of and some of the treads are missing which made it even more difficult. Being older, I didn’t even attempt the steps so that was a disappointment as I enjoy swimming. The rooms and public areas and gardens were very clean.

Spent a week at the hotel with a 6 and 8 year old. Leaving a review to put others minds at rest. The hotel is fine. Yes it needs updated but our room was cleaned 6 days out of 7, the pool area is spotless, the location is excellent, and the views are stunning. I could understand being annoyed if you spend a lot on this but it’s usually a bargain. Special shout out to Diana who runs the kids club. Her enthusiasm is unbelievable and she ensures the kids have a ball with very limited resources. We had a few stag and hens whilst we were there but just made it more interesting watching the action around the pool .
