Very nice place, close to the historical city of Assisi. Friendly and efficient staff. Nice rooms, very comfortable. All essentials were present. Good food. Parking in front. Nice walkings around; stunning garden. The meeting rooms are quite good as well.

Having stayed in this hotel on a number of occasions I can honestly say you won't get better than this. The staff are super friendly and helpful with nothing too much for them. The whole atmosphere of the place is both very positive and friendly, whilst the accommodation and food cannot be beaten. Many thanks, especially to Francesca, Elisa and the hospitality team, to Erwin and his colleagues in the dining room, and of course to the housekeeping staff. All of them work extremely hard to make a stay there both welcoming comfortable.

As soon as we arrived, we were welcomed by Mr. Walter and his father who made us feel comfortable with a smile. Clean room with modern but simple furnishings, large balcony with station view but silent, free parking, abundant breakfast with a wide selection of lactose-free cakes and excellent dinner. I have received much attention for my intolerance x which I thank Mr Walter and all the staff very much, and I hope we will be back soon.

The hotel is a bit old, the bathroom is newly renovated, relatively clean and tidy, and the room facilities are a bit old. The double bed is made up of two small beds. There is also a sofa bed, and a family of three sleeps quite spaciously. Breakfast, not too many varieties, but the quality is okay. The croissants are freshly baked and taste good. Each room has a balcony. The view from the balcony in the morning is beautiful!

I have had a great experience in this hotel, starting with staff from the reception, breakfast room and clean room staff, all very gentle and careful to our requests. We are close to Assisi and the train station and bus ...lo extra advice and we will return to our next visit to Assisi.

For work I booked this property I list the strong points Friendliness and care of the guest by the owner Rachele; outdoor spaces swimming pool, restaurant, aperitif corner all overlook a beautiful panorama, breakfast just right for both sweet and savory so as to avoid waste, dinner very good and well-prepared even in the presentation. Things to improve: my room was near the elevator operator and therefore being a light sleeper I often heard the engine running, soundproofing of the rooms to be improved, a customer would be very pleased to find soap dispensers for the shower and for the bathroom, and a wall-mounted hairdryer even if for the latter Rachele said she is taking care of it, for my room the shower for me was a bit small and the spring mattress was not to my liking. However, being a three-star hotel it can be very good as an accommodation for one night but I would highly recommend it for spending a day at the pool and for wonderful aperitifs and dinner.

Sono ormai più o meno trent'anni che quando vengo in Umbria spesso mi fermo da Elide Questa volta oltre al maialino davvero morbido e succosa do' una menzione ai ravioli di carne con tartufo... credo i migliori ravioli che ho mai assaggiato Sarà un caso ma anche questa volta tanto tavoli erano occupati.... Spero di trovare presto qualche motivo per tornare in questa zona per venirvi a trovare... Se leggete le mie recensioni non sono solito perdonare la bassa qualità
