I had to cancel after they said that the ac didn't work in the room.

床單和浴室算是乾淨，床也舒服的。但是隔音不是很好，走廊大聲一點都會聽到。 昨天晚上停車場我們傍邊的車子被爆竊，保安真的需要加強。早餐選擇不多，但是免費的就沒有要求很高。 位置是不錯的，在機場與市區之間，附近有餐廳也有商店，價錢也不錯，總體來說我還是會再入住，但是車子被爆穿竊這件事真的把我嚇到了。

I stayed at this hotel once before and the guy at the front desk was rude and not helpful but I figured I would give them another chance, but this time when I stayed there the clientele of the hotel is just unsavory characters, I didn’t feel safe traveling alone as a single woman staying here, I was scared to leave my room and go to my car because it was dark out, also the window in my room was left cracked open which I thought was weird and there was a high pitched whining noise for about a good 15 minutes at 3-4am if you can afford it spend the extra money and get a nicer hotel this one isn’t it! Especially for solo travelers. They do have a very good breakfast in the morning here, but the surrounding area and people I’ve come in contact with while staying there just isn’t worth the price for me I’d rather feel safe that save a few dollars

It was very reasonable. And not a bad place to stay for a night. Lots of homeless people around the area.

Clean property and nice staff. Breakfast burritos were great. Couldn't get a printed receipt, printer was down. We had a fire alarm in the middle of the night which was false. The staff had a difficult time turning it off so we stood outside due to the noise until they figured it out.

The room did not have adequate heat. We have the heater up to 90 and were still cold! The front desk receptionist was very sweet and helpful on check in.

Very nice place to stay. The room was very comfortable, clean and dark (great shades & blinds). The breakfast burritos were great, but if you want something else, your options are very limited. The location can't be beat - you are right off the main drag and everything is nearby.

Great Hotel conveniently Located in Santa Fe, and the Hotel was quite comfortable and the Continental Breakfast was quite good

Enjoyed our stay. Breakfast burritos were good but they used too much potato in the sausage egg in my opinion. I liked the veggie better surprisingly. I thought it was clean, liked the athletics art and had comfortable bedding. The fire alarm did go off for almost an hour though which really disrupted our sleep at midnight and made us grumpy. I think that was a fluke and not the hotels fault though.
