Hotel Tres Torres

El hotel nos pareció muy bueno. Instalaciones excelentes y buenos servicios. Desde la terraza para desayunar hasta los detalles en la habitación. Y excelente trato del personal. Muy atentos.

Hotel and staff brilliant. Rooms as you would expect for 4 star without complimentary tea although you do have coffee machine Unfortunately breakfast not so good . Although lots choice anything from buffet that should be hot is not . Always seems the same with these type breakfast . Even if you are first in everything cold so real shame . Friday night DJ absolutely brilliant-mixing old with an amazing chilled /dance vibe was brilliant , would come back just to see him !!

A nice hotel, decent rooms, nice communal areas, nice staff. One minor issue was pool & sun loungers!! I'm not into that queuing for loungers but unfortunately when we went, the hotel was busy & if you went to pool area after 10am you were not getting a lounger! (First time ever I had to que at 9am to lie around the pool - other days we went to beach area about 5 minutes away). The food was nice, had a lovely Pasta meal with oranges & breakfast was a great selection (the pastries were very nice), we went B&B. The resort of santa eulalia is a phenomenal area so laid back, lots of choice for eating out such as Marina, restaurant street & the bay area👍 we would definitely go back & recommend the hotel.

Beautiful hotel, perfect location. Clean rooms, good breakfast, recently renovated and is stunning. Staff are so helpful - Laura on front desk adviced us how to get around Ibiza & printed off bus timetables to help us out. 100% will stay again

Nice hotel, fantastic staff, moved first day due to bathroom smell , new room also smelt but not as bad. Room had kettle but no cups, tea coffee or milk, what’s kettle for??? Fridge was full of all their expensive drinks no space for anything else , removed them and went and bought milk etc at local Spar. They give you 4 bottles of water in glass bottles which are just topped up everyday, how do you know how clean they are ?? Bought our own in Spar. Breakfast nice and plentiful but cold. 2 gin and tonics €32 so only had them once in 2 weeks, bar staff were lovely, felt sorry for them mostly standing around until midnight doing nothing. Normally only half dozen or so sitting there. Music around pool during day sounded like whales calling each other, opened door to pool 9am big queue before then only got beds twice in 14 days . Went to beach no way going to queue every day. Lovely young girl tried her best by removing unattended towels on beds but fighting losing battle. Seems staff weren’t allowed to take any rubbish that hadn’t come from behind bar so if you sat at a table round pool and had bottles of water or snack you had to secretly go up to bar and put it in bin behind as there were no bins around pool. Felt like a criminal or smuggler , not staffs fault obviously been told not to . Only had entertainment on Friday which was a DJ blaring out what I think is called mix , which wasn’t really suitable as most guests were over 50 . Went down to Marina as too loud for us , lovely there and some reasonable bars, in comparison. Ibiza is known to be expensive so you do need to shop around. If you do go the best restaurant is opposite the hotel down a little alley it’s called Mamma Mery absolutely fantastic family business, order the seafood pasta, which you have to do 24 hours in advance, best ever had and been around the world . Also Steak restaurant about €9 cab ride called Siesta grill , lovely outside barbecue dining, massive T bone steaks, fillet steaks or pork fillets and lots more , well worth it. Altogether an enjoyable holiday in a beautiful place but wouldn’t go back as too expensive

We thought that the whole hotel had been renovated in 2023 but I think it was just the communal areas - our room, and in particular the bathroom, certainly hadn’t been renovated recently. We booked a superior sea view. Room was very small for a superior room with only a partial sea view over the marina. We felt it lacked things you’d expect in a 4* hotel - no soap, shower cap, tissues etc in bathroom - there was shampoo, conditioner and body wash in wall mounted dispensers but that’s all - and although there’s a coffee machine there are no tea bags in the room. I asked for some and was told they don’t have tea for the rooms so if, like me, you’re not a coffee drinker it’s water. I can’t remember ever having stayed in a hotel where tea bags aren’t available in the rooms. Speaking of water, they put 2 complimentary bottles in your room each day but we had a bottle that had lipstick round the top - and it certainly wasn’t mine. I didn’t drink their water after that and bought bottles from the supermarket. On arrival in the room the shower head was broken off - the overhead shower head worked but it shot a stream of water into the air through the headless hose before it got to the overhead. They were quick to fix it once we asked, as well as blow out the washbasin so that the water drained out, but surely somebody should have sorted it out before. We didn’t use the restaurant but the breakfast restaurant and communal areas were spotless. There was a good variety available at breakfast, although no beans or someone to cook omelettes. The ‘snack bar’ had a very limited offering and drinks were very expensive. We had a ham and cheese toastie and it came out just 4 little triangles - not a crisp or a bit of salad garnish in sight. We asked for chips but were told we could only have those with a burger. There was no evening entertainment. The staff were lovely - very helpful but there were things lacking that we were surprised at. We’ve travelled extensively and we don’t really think this is a 4* hotel.

Excellent experience clean staff brilliant special mention to the lovely friendly and helpful Laura on front desk. Breakfast lovely great variety . Pool area relaxed and clean. Great location by marina and easy walk to town centre. Would certainly use again

Walls a little on the thin side but that was the only ******. Lovely room,lovely chill area outside. Breakfasts were nice also,had an evening meal there one night and it was delicious. But the best thing about it was the staff,so friendly and hard working great people. Noah on reception was very helpful. Well done all x

do not upgrade to half board the menu does not change all week the the food is only just warm the plates when the food is served are cold we could not have a complete hot meal all week the evening service is not good at best. the buffet breakfast is very nice the staff do there best but i think the restuarant management leave a lot to be desired. the hotel is very good apart from the evening menu and how it is served
