Went with my mum for 3 nights , adults only swim up , was lovely relaxing quiet food was delicious , very clean , staff friendly , mini bar refilled everyday ( all non alcohol) Booked to go back , family side swim up looking forward to showing my family

faultless experience !!! after having issues on previous TUI all inclusive resorts i had some doubts this would be any better, how wrong i was! this place is how all inclusive should be ! pay a bit more and get the sort of service and experience normally only found in the most expensive hotels. we found the staff in every department to be friendly and helpful and always with a big smile nothing was too much trouble, they obviously have had some good training. the hotels overall decor and bedrooms are all pristine and very clean the maids do a great job. the seating is comfortable everywhere and the sunbeds are pretty good. the pool area is great some shaded areas and good quality decking , pool was slightly cool as it was a little windy on a couple of days but still great to get in . the pool bar and swim up bar was great also. one of the best things about this resort is the drinks are nearly all premium well known brands unlike other places where you pay extra and very well served. wine was a local red and white again very good very drinkable spanish wine....occasionally too drinkable!!! the food offering is very very good lots of variety and themed nights always looked fresh even at the end of service at all mealtimes, we normally eat out in the evenings at an all inclusive , we didnt need to bother as the food here is that good especially the gala steak BBQ evening , where proper large steaks were served as you liked it , very good! A good tip is try the rooftop pool for a quiet suntrap with large double beds and views out to sea, no bar here but easy to get drinks. we will definitely stay here again highly recommended , well done Tui and Protur Biomar Sensatori Resort team ! thank you Andy & Sarah

We stayed in a swim up room in the adult building and glad we did. The pool was nice and warm but the adult area pool was freezing! Food and drink was excellent and the staff were always helpful and happy. We stayed in room 151. The room itself is nice and clean and modern but I was a bit unsure at first as it was quite shaded on the terrace but it was nice and quiet and got the sun in the afternoon. Something to be aware of is the shower can be seen through from the bedroom. Overall a good stay and would go back again.

I enjoyed my stay here at Biomar Sensatori. The hotel is well located in Sa Coma with the beautiful Punta De Amer parkland right outside the hotel. I enjoyed visiting nearby towns up and down the coast. They are a lovely walk away following the promenade or walking through the Nature Reserve. Using the hotel bikes, I got to Porto Cristo and also took a pedal up to Cap Del Pinar. The beaches are wonderful along the coast here. My flight was late and I didn't get to the hotel until 9.30pm . My experience at check in wasn't the same as other reviews. No welcome drink, I felt rushed and was directed to my room which was in another building. Though I was told there would be staff there to help I had to try and find my room myself. I made two attempts and finally stopped a member of the cleaning staff to get help me. The receptionist that finally helped me was very apologetic. Dinner for those arriving after 9.30pm is in the family restaurant which offers a selection of cold cuts, salads and cheese. My room was a garden room with views over the pool . It was immaculate, comfortable and very well cleaned daily. My fridge was also filled daily. It would be good to have little bottles or cartons of fresh milk in the bars and restaurants to pop in the fridge for tea. Service and food quality in the restaurants and bars were great. The spa is lovely with some really nice massage pools. Some of the saunas, hammam and therma rooms weren't available when I visited, though. The spa receptionist is welcoming and friendly. Tui staff are available here all day to handle any queries. All are pleasant and approachable along with the team on reception. I was pleased that I visited at the start of the season when it is a little quieter both in the hotel and the resort.

Amazing hotel! Absolutely spotless and food was lush! We had the best joint hen/stag weekend - can’t thank the staff enough for being so accommodating. A big thanks to the guests who joined in and had a laugh too! We can’t wait to come back next year = )

The room we had was ok we had a roof top pool in adult only section Downside of the roof top pool room in adult area is you don't get to sit outside if it rains you have to sit inside with door shut as the rain comes may be a little pull out canopy The adult restraunt was ok some of the staff were geat others not so good we waited 20min before we were even served our drinks. By this time we has finished the food and one breakfast we didn't even get drinks. in the family restrant it was perfect staff very polite and friendly. Food was ok but a bit repeative but as most hotels. Donna at the adult pool bar was AMAZING the food was better at the pool bar than it was in the main adult restraunt. Cleaning staff brill kept room clean and tidy A good walk to a few shops Buses were good service cost us 9€ each to go to palma on the bus Hotel management fantastic

Currently at the biomar hotel in the adults only and after trying Hotels for the last 25 years I can say this is up there with the Best right from cleaning to entertainment this place as the lot the food is outstanding . Just been to the AZAFRAN restaurant where the staff are excellent and the food is outstanding Sean Connery look a like with the beard made our night . 100%

This was our third visit to the adults part of the hotel and there are so many reasons we keep returning. This hotel really offers five star amenities and service but in a relaxed and friendly style. Rooms are light and airy with a massive bed. The minibar is always stocked and it’s lovely to have a cold coke after a hard day’s sunbathing. The food here really is wonderful! The multiple options resulted in a five pound weight gain! There is something for everyone and the meal we had in The Green and Grill was excellent. The quality of ingredients is amazing and I loved being able to have things like smoked tuna and Wakame! The selection of drinks is huge and if it’s not on the menu, just ask as they’ll make it for you! The staff really make this place! I love yoga and the daily 9am sessions with Marina were a real treat! Lovely Donna at the pool bar, Fabiola who is such a joy and Welsh Miguel are just a few of the staff who make this place so special. Entertainment options are great! The in house singers are amazing and work so hard. Local acts are varied and there are multiple options depending on your mood. I loved the big show nights too! It was lovely to see some hotel cats appear this season too! Only two tiny things which could be improved. More seating in the adult’s only area! After dinner we could never find a seat to watch the entertainment. Last year there was an amazing pianist who would play before dinner, I wonder if this could return? This hotel just keeps getting better and really does offer 5 star luxury on the beautiful island of Mallorca! I’m already counting down to my next visit in August! We stayed at the TUI Blue Sensatori Biomar the first week of June, and while our experience was largely positive, it felt more like an excellent 4-star hotel rather than a true 5-star experience. There are a few areas where the hotel could improve to fully meet its 5-star rating. Location & Building: The location is superb, with easy to walk to beautiful beaches, local shops, as well as a public bus stop which goes to Palma (£5 each way, you can pay with card). These all added significantly to the enjoyment of our stay. The adults only hotel building is outstanding, the rooms are lovely and very clean and well looked after. Service and Feedback: We encountered a few minor issues during our stay, but the hotel's feedback system via the app was efficient, and we noticed improvements as our holiday progressed. The staff were responsive and committed to addressing our concerns, which was appreciated as it showed they really cared. Spa Experience: The Spa was a bit of a letdown due to its high demand (and I believe a member of staff was off sick). We couldn't book a 30-minute treatment until the fourth day of our holiday, and manicures were only available on our last day. This may also be because the Spa services are also available to guests from other nearby hotels increasing demand. Family Area and Entertainment: The family area was very busy with children, making it lively but sometimes slightly overwhelming. However, the entertainment provided in the family area was far more entertaining which meant we kept spending the evenings in the family area Piano Bar rather than adults only area (we just had to accept there was A LOT of children). The adults only area does have live music from a variety of performers who are very talented musicians however it lacks atmosphere as a place to spend the whole evening. Speciality Dining: Our experience with the speciality dining was mixed, which is a shame as we were drawn to the hotel due to this offering. The Indian restaurant was excellent, offering delicious and authentic dishes with outstanding service. However, the Asian and Grill options didn’t quite meet our expectations. As we booked an ‘adults only’ hotel we were disappointed that after the first speciality experience we questioned whether we wanted to go to the others as whilst the food was great, they were full of children – even though we booked the latest dining time of 8:30pm which was off-putting. Whilst approaches to parenting have nothing to do with the hotel – there was several very loud ipads/phones being played at both of these restaurants during our meals to keep various children quiet listening to Toy Story or Dancing Jellies on the tables around us which was awful. I’m not sure why they can’t use headphones or a reasonable volume but regardless we believe to accommodate for the adults who have booked an ‘adults only’ experience there should either be an adult only evening in these restaurants or a dining time that is adults only. I
