Fiquei 4 noites no hotel, foi uma experiência ótima para relaxar e descansar! Funcionários muito simpáticos, desde a recepção ao restaurante e serviços... fazem que nos sintamos acarinhados! O hotel é muito bonito, moderno, linhas simples e clean, muito limpo nos espaços comuns e no quarto. Ótimo quarto com varanda e boa vista. Boa insonorização dos quartos. O buffet do pequeno almoço e jantar têm variedade, opções para todos os gostos, e a qualidade é muito aceitável! A pé pode ir-se até a praia facilmente (a zona mais interessante da praia, na minha opinião, fica a 15 min de caminhada). Numa caminhada de 30 min por um trilho fácil e plano é também possível ir até a praia de Sa Coma. Sem dúvida voltaria a escolher para este efeito, de relaxar e descansar. Contudo, o alvo desta zona é turismo sénior alemão/famílias alemãs e britânicas. Para o objetivo, não foi relevante..mas para jovens a procurar mais vida noturna, não será a zona a eleger! I had a great time getting to know the kitchen staff who were very lovely. Always smiling make sure to help and engage with my partner and I. I won’t forget them, they helped to make my stay very enjoyable. Loli, Rafa, Guellem, and more names that I’m struggling to remember right now but they are all so lovely.

My husband and I stayed in this hotel in April. The hotel is in an excellent position between the promenade and a nature reserve. The hotel is kept spotlessly clean by hard working staff. The rooms are comfortable and of a reasonable size. The food in restaurant is very good from traditional English breakfast to excellent buffet dinner. Thanks to excellent smiling staff who made our stay enjoyable.

The hotel is luxurious and extremely comfortable. The buffet meals were exceptional and a vast choice of food. The staff were really friendly and helpful. There are loads of Sun beds round the pool. The spa area was useful, the gym, pool and sauna. Unfortunately the weather was not the best but we still very much enjoyed the hotel.

I was told to go on holiday for health reasons so I got a Travel Councellor to find and book somewhere. I just didn't have the energy to do it myself. I didn't know very much about the hotel before I arrived. It turns out this hotel was perfect for my needs - clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly, helpful and approachable. Nothing seemed to much trouble. The room was clean, spaceous and well kept. The food was plentiful, varied and well cooked. There were also some lovely walks nearby. I would definitely go back there again.

There’s nothing not to like about this hotel. The staff went out of their way to give a good service and genuinely seemed to enjoy their job. I was appreciative that most of them helped me with my Spanish learning by speaking to me slowly. The food was excellent and the chefs worked exceptionally hard keeping it fresh and hot.

This was a great hotel with super helpful staff, and a phenomenal breakfast and dinner buffet that changed every night. They also did my laundry for me at the hotel, because their normal laundry provider couldn't do it fast enough for me. They also gave me a free room upgrade because it was end of season. Rooms were good and nothing to complain about at all. Great spot.

Excellent staff support, really nice food especially the breakfast, great location for people who are looking for a quiet and clean area, wonderful surprise when I discovered the nature reserve at the foot of the hotel and the hotel itself met all my expectations, clean, well organized, soundproof room. Just a wonderful stay, I will definitely be back !!!
