Sorrento Bay

We had a very comfortable stay. The room was large, as was the bathroom. Room was clean and staff was delightful. Our only problem was that the room air conditioner cut off every 3 hours. This caused us to wake up in the middle of the night to turn the unit back on. This naturally interrupted our sleep! Not sure why the unit was set up this way, but if affected our travel partners as well. If this could be fixed, we would highly recommend the hotel. The breakfast was good each morning, and overall we enjoyed our stay with the exception of the air conditioning issue!

Beware! The worst experience of our lives. The photos are deceiving. Room is the size of a bathroom. Beware they have a huge pit bulldog there at all times that’s not on a leash. I am allergic to dogs and the property is infested with dog feces everywhere. Hotel is dirty and not clean. They were very rude to us and would’nt even open the gate for our taxi to come in so you have to pull your luggage on rocks for about 500 feet. With this heat they also turned off the air conditioner when they would clean our room to save electricity. Also we had to end up buying our own toliet paper bc the maid only comes to clean like every 2 days or so. Their breakfast has ants on the cheese and they barely even give you water. I have never ever left a bad review in the 25 years I have been traveling and I’m not even a picky traveler as I’ve stayed in hostels but I have to say this by far is the worst place you can ever stay at! They wouldn’t even call a taxi for us and told us it cost 190 euros to go to Positano which is not true. They have some kind of deal w their friend to rip off tourists. The tall lady working at the front tried to rip us off w her boat tours too and I’m glad I refused. She is a ****** as well. We did NOT feel welcome and felt uncomfortable. This is very unlike most Italian B and B places usually they are so amazing and friendly. Sorrento Bay Hotel should be shut down! Ants and dogs feces everywhere on the property. So dirty and smelly and in a bad location too!!!

Property was clean and staff was also supporting but there were limited transport from the property to Sorrento main city.

+ Exceptional service extended to us by the receptionist named Irma. She went of the way to help us get the car in and then find the parking place. Also she was very polite and willing to provide any information we required + Size and cleanliness of rooms and bathrooms - Almost impossible to find the hotel and enter with a car to reception area - Place and corridors are not airconditioned or even ventilated - extremely warm - Poor breakfast

Thank you. I ve been there with my family. The place is very good. Also the man in the reseption is so friendly. Helped us in every question. The rooms are so clean. The view are great. Estuvimos con mi familia. Han preparado las camas como queriamos. La habitación muy limpia. El señor de la recepción es muy amable.

Très joli ancien monastère rénové en hotel à taille humaine, à 10 min à pied de la gare de San'Agnello. La piscine entourée d'olivier et d'oranger vous plonge dans une a**osphère paisible, parfaite pour des vacances reposantes. Les chambres sont propres avec une belle vue. Une réceptionniste attentionnée, serviable et de bon conseil.

Accoglienza strepitosa, il personale è la ciliegina sulla torta di questa struttura . Camere moderne , pulite ed estremamente spaziose. Inoltre la doccia è enorme. Colazione curata, abbondante e completa. La posizione è ottima, permette di arrivare facilmente a Sorrento.

Personale cordiale, gentilissimi sia il personale della reception sia le signore che si occupano della colazione e della pulizia delle camere, ineccepibili direi sotto ogni punto di vista, complimenti continuate cosi!

Il Plus della struttura è nella cordialità e disponibilità del personale. Struttura nuova e bella; Pulizia appena standard Ragazza addetta alla reception ECCEZIONALE. Colazione da dimenticare. Ci sono cose da migliorare....
