Was greeted with a friendly smile. The staff member was really helpful getting us checked in. The room was clean and spacious. Was not pleased with the breakfast. But was glad that it was offered. The hospitality staff was very friendly and helpful! I enjoyed my stay and I love that there was plenty to do and eat around the hotel.

No cleaning service for 4 night stay. Pipes froze & burst so not able to shower or flush toilet for first night until moved rooms the following day. Requested manager contact which never occurred. Key card failed to open door from parking, so front desk gave me new room key without verifying my identity, causing security concerns. Elevator smelled like pot. However, room was otherwise nice & comfortable. Great location.

Stayed 1/13/24. Hallways and elevator smelled like a dirty ashtray. Was placed in an adjoining room to a baby who woke up every hour crying. He might as well have been in my room. I could here the parent finally say shhhh. No sound proofing whatsoever and only an apology from the front desk the next day. No trash can in the room. TV remote did not allow for channel guide so you have to scroll through each channel. $50 security deposit due at check in even though I already paid for the room. Pretty ghetto... Finally, and pretty trivial, the front desk is situated right next to the automatic front door. As your standing there the door continuously opens and closes because it is sensing you. Nice cold wind blowing while you're trying to check in.
I would pick somewhere else to stay next time.

The room was warm and cozy, nice warm lighting. Everything was in immaculate condition. Front desk personnel was accommodating and pleasant. Excellent hotel stay!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The woman in charge of breakfast was especially lovely. She cooked more eggs for us even though breakfast hours were over. She was friendly and wonderful!

Well located in a nice area, hotel has a covered parking with ample spaces. Breakfast was ok with fruits, omelettes, oatmeal, yogurt, hot beverages, juices, pancakes and more. Self serve, though. The area dedicated to breakfast maybe can use some layout change as it does not allow to many guests in this section. Staff is very friendly and respectful, looking to assist and make you feel comfortable during your stay.

For a brief visit to the area, this hotel fits your needs. Breakfast? Check. Helpful staff? Check. Convenient location and parking? Check and check. Comfortable bed? Check.
I had a bit of trouble with the room temperature— cold one night and hot the next. Staff provided extra blankets and good directions to the Publix and gas station. Shout out to the breakfast lady for her enthusiastic attitude.

It is an older hotel and not easy to get in the parking if you drive a full size vehicle.
