"Ficámos na bela Premier Inn Isle Of Wight (Marefront de Sandown Beach) e foi a estadia mais agradável que tivemos.Ficámos por uma semana em 2 quartos como uma família de 5 e eles eram limpos e agradáveis todo o tempo. O valor também era bom, o pequeno-almoço era brilhante, o inglês completo cozido para você e ilimitado, e OS miúdos comem livre o que você poderia pedir.Perfeição, o serviço era brilhante. Todos OS membros do pessoal que conhecemos foram profissionais, amáveis, amáveis, cuidadosos e engraçados.Honestamente, esta foi a melhor férias do Reino Unido, de longe tenho que dizer.De certeza que vou Voltar para Mais férias de Verão e fazer memórias inesquecíveis. Também tivemos que andar pelas bicicletas de água que era um bônus, os preços são grandes, o pier é apenas magnificência!!! Xxx"

Normalmente não faço comentários sobre isto, mas estes são os melhores que tive na ilha."

"I am genuinely stunned that this hotel is still operating in its current state. The owner, who claims to have been running the place for 30 years, is clearly stuck in the past, extremely rude, and completely unwilling to take feedback. For the sake of guests — especially children — it’s time to retire. My daughter stayed here on a school trip and the experience was unacceptable from start to finish. The children were not shown how to use the showers, meaning many had to wash in cold water. That is basic hospitality. Instead of helping, the owner chose to shout at the kids and even the teachers. Completely unprofessional behaviour. The rooms were tired, poorly maintained, and not cleaned daily. The entire hotel smelled unpleasant, and the hygiene standards were some of the worst I’ve come across. Maintenance is clearly neglected. The food situation was even more alarming. Some items were undercooked, others burnt, and the dishes were dirty. Chips were raw in the middle, toast was black, and shockingly, a nail and hair were found in a sandwich. This alone should prompt a visit from the local food inspection authorities. Beds and pillows were awful, offering no comfort at all. Overall, the facilities were extremely poor and nowhere near acceptable for paying guests — let alone children on a school trip. Be warned: stay far away from this hotel. And to the owner — do the right thing and retire. The standards here are not just outdated; they are unsafe."
