At the rectopion the guys were disrespectful. We left our bags and wanted to take out some stuff. When we took it back they had a bad look on their face and asked if we are sure we wont need our bags again. Our rooms took long to be ready and they had other people checking in that were also annoyed that they werent being attended to properly.

I have paid for a single room they did not give it to me ,they kept telling lies and the view of that room facing a wall like if you were in a prison!

Great place to stay in El Salvador, very well situated. There are renovations, elevators being redone, but overall, customer service is superior and the maintenance staff are very warm and friendly. High recommendation

Great location since it's next door to La Gran Villa shopping outdoor mall. During my stay one of the elevators was being repaired but it did not cause to much of an issue.

I called the property for early check in before my trip and was told i was going to be able to check in early. The day of my arrival they told me they wouldn’t be able to accommodate my early check in. I have stayed here over 5x and never experienced rude staff like I did this time. My bedsheets had holes and my room wasn’t clean to meet anyone’s expectations. Very disappointing as I’ve always loved this hotel and have stayed here many times.
