Desde o momento em que entramos no hotel, fomos acolhidos da melhor forma pela equipa da recepção, em especial pelo Ricardo Nunes de Andrade. O quarto era maravilhoso. A limpeza era impecável e a decoração criava um ambiente acolhedor, relaxante e muito cool. Tinha muitos pormenores e detalhes que nos proporcionaram os melhores momentos. A cama era extremamente confortável. A vista do quarto era super tranquilizante, o jardim tinha uma vegetação super bem cuidada. As instalações do hotel são de alto nível. O SPA é um sonho, equipado com tudo necessário para nos proporcionar relaxamento e experiências sensoriais. Os diversos restaurantes oferecem os melhores pratos, confeccionados com ingredientes de altíssima qualidade. A equipa é fantástica - Miguel Melo, Bruno Grandini e Bruno Bicá, obrigada por todo o vosso profissionalismo. Vocês são fora de série no atendimento e no serviço que prestam ao cliente. A hospitalidade da equipe, a qualidade das instalações e a atenção aos detalhes tornaram a minha estadia no SO|SOTOGRANDE verdadeiramente fantástica. Sem dúvida, pretendo voltar em breve.

Oasis de tranquilidade perto de Gibraltar, Cádiz,Granada. Atendimento muito caloroso. Sumo de maracujá de boas vindas e atendimento de 5 estrelas pelo heartist Francisco. Para quem gosta de usufruir da natureza e do prazer da gastronomia ( vários restaurantes), spa com tratamentos especiais, piscinas,ginásios com todo o tipo de aparelhos, vistas pro mar.... e para o vale.

If you want to spend too much money on an « upgrade » Novotel , this is the place. Just to name of few issues we during our stay of five nights: - shower overflowing (poor maintenance of sewage) - very poor advice from concierge - super slow response from the staff on requests made prior to our arrival - food in the Ixo bistro and at SoCiety are the quality of a standard motorway diner… - a lot of renovation ongoing (pool area) without pre-warning - No soap in the shower - indoor pools smells worst than public swimming pools However, the surroundings and the resort itself is beautiful and the staff has the potential to be trained. If they want to go for 5-star level, they can…but it cannot be just an upgrade version of a Novotel

Excellent service for the full 4 days. Couldn't fault it. Clean, staff very helpful, great golf course on site. Food in bars very good. I would 100% recommendb

Beautiful hotel from outside, room not as good, looks like 3-4 star. There is an open shower in the bathroom and water is splashing everywhere and it is impossible for another person to use a bathroom at the same time. Bathroom amenities were never refilled, no shower cap. Good bed. Not enough hangers in closet. No self service breakfast, which is very annoying. You have to wait for everything and when the restaurant is full it takes ages to finish the breakfast. Food is good. Hotel has an excellent location for golfers. Staff very friendly.

An amazing experience provided by a beautiful hotel and, above all amazing staff. The food in the various restaurants is fabulous. The rooms are so luxurious you don’t want to leave them but the pull of the amazing pool area is enough to make sure you do! See you next August and September guys! Jay & Carrie x

Restaurant’s ambience is warm and welcoming. The table was served by Arantxa Vicente Jose. She was helpful and friendly and assisted me with choosing the vegan dishes from the menu. The food was great and so was the local red wine. I socially loved the cauliflower steak. Thank you
