Just home from a fantastic 11 days holiday in this amazing hotel. A massive thank you to all the members of staff. Globalees the staff here are worth there weight in gold From checking with the friendly receptionists to checking out it was brilliant. All the staff were fabulous from the housekeepers ,resturant staff,bar tenders and gardeners so very friendly everyone you passed said "hello" We were given a detailed easy to follow map of the complex and found our room quickly. we had emailed the hotel 2 weeks before our arrival and requested a top floor pool facing room (if possible) and was not disappointed. The complex is made up of named blocks of rooms 2 or 3 storeys high set in imaculate gardens and beautiful flower beds The only one with a lift is Almeria which was ours. The room was bright,spotless and welcoming. There is plenty of open wardrobe and shelving space,a dressing table and good lighting,lots of sockets and mirrors. We had a good size balcony with standard patio furniture and a pool and mountain view. The bathroom was spacious clean and well maintained. The shower over the bath was adequate. I suggest you get a slip mat for the bath. They are available on request. The complex had 4 pools. The main one is where the water games and some of the days entertainment is held. There is also a pleasant shaded seating area with tables and chairs. This pool has the most sunbeds and 1 parasol for every 2 sunbeds. So no need to queue at stupid o'clock for a sunbed. The main square is the hub of the complex. It is set in beautifully manicured flower beds. Here you'll find the restaurant,snack bar, main bar, the quiet pool and kiddies pool. You also have access to the rooftop solarium. All the evening entertainment is in this square with ample tables and chairs. Also a small area with a pool table and games for the teens. During certain days the barbecue is fired up and fresh paella is made along with sangria. (yummy) It's a good place to enjoy a drink and relax during the day. There is another bar indoors that opens of an evening it has a large seating area and a few tables outside. The reception also has a comfy seating area to chill in. The evening entertainment consists of kiddie time till 9pm then live music shows bingo and quizzes. The animation team are brilliant and work non stop. The restaurant is clean and bright .It can get busy at certain times.There is an cool anex at the back of the resturant.We choose to eat here as not as busy. The food is as you would expect all inclusive Plenty to choose from fresh salads, pasta, pizza, fresh grilled meat and fish, and the usually aray of potatoes and vegetables. Desserts and icecreams. Some nights are themed nights. Mexican,Chinese etc. San Miguel is the beer on self serve with White,Red and Rose wine, water and fizzy drinks. The making of this holiday was the laid back feeling of not having to rush to do anything. There is a mix of nationalities and a good relaxed atmospher

What a lovely hotel, it has a genuine Andalusian feel. Wish we found it sooner, as we will be booking direct next time. We hired a car so we could get out and about. Parking in the road opposite was free (and could park for the morning shade). ALL areas very clean, from the room, lobby, halls, restaurants, bars and tables; no fault at all. Any time of day, all the toilets were very clean, well-stocked with paper products. Food: Restaurant often gets busy, so do watch your timing. There was always a decent choice for all tastes, and usually found something to eat. A decent selection of desserts. Drinks: All had the correct amount of fizz and syrup with Ice and a slice. Coffee was decent too. Staff: All were happy and gave amazing service. The animation team worked hard and kept guests busy that wanted to do something. Entertainment: In the evening there was always something different on. The main stage was good fun all but one night. There were a couple of amazing shows and plenty of seating. Entertainment does start a little on the late side, but it was warm enough to chat and make new friends. Room: Up to date with a modern feel. We were in the back block on the second floor. Large and spacious. Very clean and made up each day. Bathroom was large and had plenty of room. Bath was a little slippery when having a shower Our housekeeper did an amazing job keeping our room clean. Air-con worked well too, although we only needed it on the odd occasion. Only negative is the price of the in-room safe, as I knew about this prior to arrival, we didn’t hire it. But this didn’t distract from an excellent holiday, and we thank the team for making us feel so welcome. We have a lot of holidays each year (as you will see in my reviews) and see many hotels in many countries. I also give honest reviews as we see it.

Really quant authentic Andalusian complex. Food was generally good, as were the drinks. Fantastic staff throughout, a credit to the hotel. It felt like you were in a Spanish village square which was great. Our only minus point was the location, not much around locally. Buses and taxis needed although it didn’t detract from a lovely stay at an incredible price.

Just returned from our second stay at this hotel. My friends and I had a fabulous relaxing time once again. Special thanks to the bar staff and animation team. Food was great and we especially appreciated the rose wine on tap at mealtimes 😄. Aquagym was fun and we'll be back next year !

A hassle to get the card to get our hire car into the hotel carpark, due to nowhere to park outside and massive queue at reception. 50€ for 5 days. No lift and none to help with the cases up the stairs. No idea how a disabled person or somebody who is infirm would drag their cases up multiple steps. Room was hot as the heating is on till the following week they said, despite it being 27c - it’s called an override switch for goodness sake! Asked about using the safe & was told it was 47€ for 5 days. In the hotels all the places we’ve ever stayed and we ever been asked to pay to use the safe. This is totally ridiculous and they really need to reassess their charges. Sewage smell in the shower room on and off. Restaurant had plenty of choice but the only thing that was hot was off the hot plate where the chef was so that means eggs, bits of chicken pork and fish & remained more or less the some during the week. Food was otherwise lukewarm and plates cold. Orange juice watered down even though we are near Seville! On departure there was no water for the shower when we got up! Was told by reception that the water goes off at 2330 comes on at 06 30 to save water. This is absolute rubbish because the maximum amount of water used is during the daytime! In the morning cleaners were washing down the pool areas with hundreds of gallons of water so don’t give me rubbish about not having enough water at night time. Place is like a Spanish Butlins, but probably worse and somewhere that I’ll neither recommend or ever come back to. Thank goodness we escaped. However, the rooms and hotel were clean and the ladies at reception efficient.

Returned yesterday from an 11 night stay. What a great hotel in beautiful surroundings. I cannot think of anything bad to say about this hotel. Great food, great staff, very clean, good entertainment, good value for money. I hope to return next year.

Just returned from a 4 night stay. Had an amazing time and I am looking at returning. Food was one of the best all inclusives I've been too, something for everyone and the chef coolks fresh food infront of you. Staff are all very friendly and helpful. Good selection of drinks. Hotel is very clean and the grounds are well kept. Beach is a 10 minute walk with some restaurants on the front. You can hire a bike from the hotel and cycle into puerto banus which is lovely lots of shopping and bars/restaurants takes around 15 minutes on bike. Entertainment throughout the day and night, entertainment staff are very good we enjoyed watching the pool games during the day. Never struggled to get sunbeds. Our flight was late on the way back and the reception let us use a room to get showered- very helpful. I can't really say anything bad about this hotel. Nice relaxing holiday in beautiful surroundings

We were in the sevilla block ground floor with terrace on to a small pool. The entertainment didnt stretch to this side of the road apparently as nobody ever came to see if anyone wanted to join in. Night entertainment didn't start until 9pm not great for little kids as its way too late. Food was standard fare some days better than others but always found something to eat. As others have said nothing near hotel to do we just walked to the beach but it was a little smelly but they were doing work there. Floors not cleaned every day would be nice if there was a brush and pan so people could sweep up and also the terrace as this was not cleaned for the entire week. The hotel grounds are beautiful and well kept the rooms themselves are dated and the details are missing like paint spills/drips where attempts have been made to spruce it up. Overall a quiet week away with the family.
