First and foremost, the hotel personnel are quite friendly, helpful and responsive to any request for help or advice. The facility in general is a good place to visit and spend few days. Like in all small towns, the noise from cars with loudspeakers, barking dogs in the middle of the night are inevitable, like in some hispanic neighborhoods. The hotel is reasonably well located, within walking distance to the city attractions. Strongly recommend a day tour to Guanajuato. Because of the narrow sidewalks and cable stone streets, recommend sport shoes for better support. Elderly visitors, like myself, need to be extra careful to provent falls.

This hotel is extremely Peaceful and very pleasant. The service was amazing. I liked everything about this place, except the gas fireplace which made the air in the room stuffy.

Casa Nare is a little gem! It is centrally located in the North part of the city. Walking distance to the Fabrica La Aurora, Mercado de Artesanias, Jardin Allende, in the center of town, and la Parroquia de San Miguel Arcangel. Restaurants, cafes and bars are all around. We stayed mostly in town , but getting a taxi service for pick up was easy. The staff was delightful, and very graceful.

It’s a great location close to everything. The staff was so welcoming and friendly! The breakfast was delicious. It’s a beautiful hotel and we enjoyed the pretty views of the garden.
