Firstly on arrival we were allocated a side sea view room, not the sea view room we paid for, this immediately set the tone for the rest of the holiday, it took 48 hours from when we should of checked in to sort out and we were also left room-less for about 5 hours with no offer of compensation. Family master suites are apparently suitable for 5 people, I would say they are very large rooms for 2 people, we had 3 adults and 2 children we consistently requested an extra cup and enough coffee and tea for 3 adults to no avail, the main bedroom has USB ports but none in the front room, why? balcony have only two seats, why? TVs have 2 English news channels and no smart options to watch Netflix etc so if you don’t speak Spanish then no point having them. Restaurant after my first meal it was very repetitive, the buffet restaurant at breakfast is ridiculous, trying to get a hot drink feels like mission impossible and they charge extra for orange juice and noise levels are outrageous. We gave up having breakfast at hotel and went to local san Blas square to eat. Snack restaurant serves cold burgers and hot dogs Al a carte restaurants Italian: nothing special Steak: ordered 1 medium rare, 2 medium ended up with 3 rares. Asian: mixed bag for the food, the server gave us best service we had the whole week. Thank you. Bars: pool bars offer iced slushy cocktails evening bars are quite good to just sit and chill. Sports bar had to keep requesting to have football on big screen and commentary on even though I had been to reception earlier in day to check it will all be ok. Kids club is good but was disappointed my son was refused entry to play gaming stations as they are for teens only, even though there was no one in there. Swimming pools are freezing cold especially with the wind blowing around the hotel which is more or less constant you find but that does mask the horrendous smell from sewerage. Cleaning standards everywhere seems clean to look at but on closer inspection you will see dirt, especially in rooms where they don’t change sheets they just turn them round also they need to learn what a mop is, as both rooms we had still had dirty shoe marks from previous residents and if you walked round bare foot your feet will get filthy. We also had building work which was resurfacing the pool area just outside our room, all day you heard power tools and banging hardly a relaxing environment and we were not informed of this before we arrived. On summary we our very disappointed with our stay at this hotel, from food, service, location, noise levels and so many other issues that we would not visit this hotel again.

Very convenient hotel as it is a few minutes by taxi from Tenerife South airport (about €15 by taxi), facing the sea, the view from the room is exceptional. The swimming pool, sheltered from any breeze with glass windows, is heated and you can swim (if you are not too cold) even in winter. The restaurant is a buffet with a good variety of choices, every evening we were offered a different type of dinner (Italian, Spanish, Canarian, etc...). Outside the hotel there is a beautiful promenade along the seafront, while it is surrounded by clubs and commercial activities (the commercial area is really small). The entertainment is limited to a few hours of live music, even for children it is almost nothing and there is no play area.

L'ambiance de cet honnête reste familial. Simple mais convivial. Comme ds tous hôtel il y a des points positifs et d'autres négatifs. Les points positifs : - à 10 minutes de l'aéroport, - à 15 minutes des plages touristiques playa Los Americas ou celle des Christinos, et de l'ambiance ”vacances” des villes comme Costa Adeje, - pas mal de places pr se garer aux alentours (attention : parking de l'hôtel 7€) - soirées à thème chaque soir, en mode ”camping paradis”, - les cocktails du barman : top et large choix. Prix raisonnables. - La taille des chambres, spacieuses et pratiques pour une famille. - Le personnel de la réception, sympa et arrangeant. L'un des réceptionniste maîtrisait un peu le français ce qui a été un plus mais les autres, dont Javier, sont très sympas. - La piscine : non chauffée certe mais on s'y fait vite une fois dedans et elle est suffisamment grande, je trouve... Peu profondes 1,40m au max, appréciable des familles. Juste un bémol, les gens incivilisés laissent traîner leurs mégots ds les jardinières, ce qui est dommage. Les points négatifs, oui il y en a qd même un peu 🙄. - Peu d'excursions Nature autour de l'hôtel... - La déco est très soignée et jolie dans l'entrée, les patios, l'espace piscine mais fait qd même un peu ”vieillot” entre autre ds les chambres et la salle de resto. - La salle de spectacle est sympa avec pleins de photos de stars mais les couleurs ”chaudes, façon ibériques” la rende ”Vintage”. - Les frais en plus ne sont pas donnés (30€/nuit/chambre pr le changement de chambre que nous avions demandé et 10€/pers pr le ptit déj.) Je ne sais pas pr le reste... - Autre désagrément : les odeurs nauséabondes à certains moments de la journée entrez autre le soir... Et là dessus, malheureusement, l'hôtel n'y peut rien car je pense que ça vient du golf situé à proximité ou bien d'un truc qui ressemble à une station d'épuration. Alors, ça ne dure pas toute la journée ou nuit... ou alors mon nez c'est habitué mais c'est qd même dommage pr l'hôtel. Et dérangeant pr les résidents. - Manque de prise à côté du lit. Lampe de chevet, 1 prise donc pas possible de charger son téléphone portable la nuit. - Les avions qui passent la journée mais cela n'est pas dérangeant la nuit car au max à 23h, il n'y a plus de traffic donc la nuit, reste reposante qd même.

The restaurant has been renamed and revamped. The gym is brilliant and the air conditioning was very welcome by the end of my workout. The wicker furniture on the Ocean Breeze Terrace needs replacing but does not detract from the overall experience. Some of the entertainment on the Ocean Breeze leaves a lot to be desired as mentioned by a lot of our family and friends. The gardens were the perfect place to hold our Vow Renewal Ceremony and the staff were utterly brilliant, friendly and welcoming. We couldn't have asked for a better venue for our Vow Renewal or a better holiday. Many of our guests were crying when they had to go home. The pool is inviting and the pool activities were great to watch and take part in.

The hotel is located in a small town about 10 minutes drive from the airport and is basically a British tourist. The facilities in the room are very complete, the hotel also has a swimming pool, the front desk service is very warm, you can also help to reserve the terrain. However, it is necessary to pay attention to the prepayment with a bank card, and does not support the cash deposit.

We loved it. Nice and helpful staff. Apartment renovated, clean, elegant, everything available. Small heated pool. There were few people so it was enough, with a large number it would be more difficult. Toiletries, towels, bed linen, dishes all available. The airport next door and the planes added to the charm for us. There is nothing next to it. But the bus connection is ok. Though there is a piece. I really recommend.
