La Buena Vida Inn

The room is very basic, and it was not completely clean when we arrived (there was sand on the floor and the toilet paper seemed dirty). There was no one in the reception to give us an extra sheet (even though we called the number they left there). The room was next to the kitchen, so we could hear noise from other guests and from the busy street outside. I would not stay there again. The only good thing is location. There was everything nearby and I felt safe.

Little hotel like a hostel. Very clean and easy to follow steps from email when we got there at midnight to enter. Very safe hotel and worth price to lay your head after partying at La Plaza del Mercado de Santurce about 8 minute walk away.

I did not realize the bathroom was not in our actual room. It was a private, locked bathroom for our use only but I did not know that ahead of time. I could have missed it in my reservation. I suggest a mirror in the room so we do not have to go down the hall to the separate bathroom. A shelf in the bathroom and drawer in the room would be super helpful. We locked the key in the bathroom but they came out and opened it for us which was much appreciated. Perhaps have a second key in the room as I am sure this is an easy mistake. The people were great and so was the location. I loved the community kitchen.

The place was exactly what they said. Very cool indoor spaces. Nice room with plenty of space for 2 adults and 2 teens. The staff was very helpful in answering all of our questions and getting us a parking spot at the last minute.We also checked in late and the person on call was extremely helpful in getting us to the right parking area.

Overall great experience, quick customer service feedback. Great contactless check in for later arrival. Perfect family room with separate stalls for bathroom/ shower. Made it easy for order family to get ready in the morning. Truly a wonderful experience.

The staff was very friendly and attentive. The area was also conveniently located near the airport and walking distance to plenty of restaurants. I did wish there was pool and more amenities, but other than that the experience was great.

I absolutely loved it !!! Great price and convenient in location. It was extremely cleaned and the staff was wonderful. Thank you to Sophia for helping me with booking and finding a decorator to decorate my room before I arrived. I absolutely would stay here again.

The manager, Sulekha. She was very nice and accommodating to us, the establishment itself feels safe and the inside is absolutely beautiful, very clean and Quite and with quick response time for any of our needs. Close to everything!! it is community based so the surrounding housing is Authentic to that.. We enjoyed our time. Will book again.
