A very comfortable, clean hotel next to the sea. Lovely sunrises. Good food and lovely staff. Good selection of food for breakfast and dinner with all tastes catered for. Some slightly bonkers (loud) entertainment outside in the evenings but the madness of it appealed to my sense of humour!! Complementary soft drinks in the room fridge which was a nice touch. Overall, highly recommended!

We stayed at the hotel from Saturday 16th September for 14 days. The hotel is in an ideal position within easy walking distance to a few shops and bars and just across the road from the beautiful beach. Our room was on the sixth floor and had a side sea view. The room definitely is in need of a refurbishment as the floors and furnishings are somewhat shabby. There was two large beds in the room which we found to be comfortable. Air conditioning was good (once we got the hang of it). Large balcony which was over the main entrance. Large groups of Spanish walkers congregated outside in the morning all shouting (not talking) and laughing loudly before setting off. Hotel caters mainly for Spanish, nothing wrong with that, after all it is in Spain. The food in the newly refurbished restaurant (very smartly done) was excellent with lots of choice, both at breakfast and dinner. Our only complaint was the noise, lots of children running around the restaurant without correction or supervision by their parents and lots of loud talking (almost at shouting level). The first week was relatively quiet at meal times but as the second week progressed more and more guests arrived and therefore more noise. There was entertainment in the hotel, we did not stay to see any of it as we have family in the area and spent our time socializing with them. All in all a good experience and we would use the hotel again when visiting Mojacar.

Read some of the varying reviews about this hotel, decided to book all the same. Don’t bother booking on an All Inclusive basis, as you honestly get treated like second class, an inconvenience to the staff. None of them look happy, if you opt to buy your drinks, they will take the spirit bottle to you with a nice mixer..if you are on AI, they come out with a concoction of god knows what with the next from the tap. The hotel itself? Paid for a sea view and balcony, absolute waste of money, we were looking at the back of the hotel for our “Sea view” the balcony? As people have said it is ridiculously small and we couldn’t use it. This hotel backed on to a golf course, it was at the end of the *****, miles away from shops and restaurants. The pool area was shocking, in fact they need to get the green keeping staff from the golf course to cut the grass, what a mess. To sum up, we rarely ever complain about hotels and restaurants, this one was awful. Find somewhere else where they value your custom. This used to be the La Cumbre hotel and had been looking somewhat tired for several years. Now the hotel has a fresh new look thanks to Ramada. Only opened early June 2022 and despite a few teething problems with new staff being trained when we were there I am glad we chose this hotel. Perfect location centre of resort, 10 mins walk to the beach shops restaurants. Just be aware after a night out you have to walk back uphill. Can be a bit tiring. Many thanks to the staff who found one of bags left behind.

The hotel was very comfortable and the hotel was very comfortable. It would be no bad to renew billiards and lower them price and put something more, darts, more pin tables put ... The breakfast buffet was not bad, but some of the cheerleaders were unpleasant, attached photo of the cushion that gave me to breakfast. As you touch one apartment or another is something else, we touched the square, but they cut the noise at 12:00. In general, well, we certainly repeat some year.

Servicio de habitaciones muy bueno tambien. En definitiva, un hotel al que volvería sin duda alguna por sus servicios e instalaciones

Yet another lovely stay in this naturist hotel and unfortunately yet another room change. This is the third or fourth time I've stayed and each time there's been cause for me to move. This time it was the roof leaking and room flooding, as was the case previously, but at least the fan blade didn't fall out this time. This all said it has dramatically improved since the last time and it was extraordinary torrential rain and they gave me a room swap within a few hours and luckily the leak didn't touch any of my stuff. As always, the staff are wonderful and cannot do enough for you apart from a couple of over officiatious lifeguards who stopped textile friends getting into the jacuzzi with costumes on even though some of the antics going on in the jacuzzi where being ignored. Sadly, the actual area seemed a lot quieter than my previous visits but that may be due to it being so early in the season. Overall, if you are going to Vera Playa I would definitely recommend the hotel as I've loved each stay for different reasons.
