The hotel was fairly clean but sink didn’t work and they didn’t fix or change rooms.
The food at the hotel wasn’t good. The bellhop were the nicest and young cho cho, the concierge were great.
The hotel had very few activities. It was boring!

Food was not good. Same breakfast, lunch everyday. Very limited dinner options. Restaurants for dinner did not have good food. Food does not taste good or even fresh! Most of the service staff struggles with English. No water activities offered at the property. They have closed the scuba diving pool. There is a small kids waterpark which is situated in a corner shade area and gets chilly afternoon.

We stayed there for 6 days, supposed to be 7, but flight cancellations took a day away. the front desk was no help, all they wanted us to do was sit through a membership sales pitch. 6 days was too long! it was like being on a cruise ship. Three would have been better.
The good side, lots of food and alcohol, staff were clean and friendly, The whole place was very clean

Beautiful resort! All-inclusive was an amazing experience. The customer service here was excellent as well. Bottomless drinks, unlimited food, and so many activities to do here besides swim in the pool. The waterpark is perfect for small kids, and they had a show / performance every night that was fun to watch as well. My family and I are definitely coming back!

What I didn’t like how they wanted to charge more for changing my room with a good stuff after arguing with front disco they finally change my room I was about to cancel my whole reservation but I gusse didn’t wnana make unhappy.
