Very clean. Staff are so nice and helpful.Location is close to San Jose del Cabo Art District. Very nice area. A lot of restaurants around the area.

Fantastic new building, great location, helpful staff. The elevators are very small, and the windows do not block sound so whatever is going on outside you will hear inside. I would not recommend it for families, but mainly because the rooftop pool is so fabulous and it would not be as relaxing with a bunch of kids running around screaming and splashing. Maybe save this hotel for when you have a sitter for the weekend.

The hotel is brand new, with huge rooms that are very nicely furnished. We had a one bedroom suite, with a king bed in one room, and very nice fold down queen Murphy bed in the other. Each room had a small balcony, a bathroom and a kitchen area. The kitchen in one room was a full one, with oven, cooktop, plates, pots and pans, etc. It also had a washer dryer we used once.
Everything is very clean and thoughtfully arranged. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is great, right around the corner from the main square and art walk. We also enjoyed the rooftop pool, which is heated and has a variety of lounding options.
No real negatives. A bit of construction noise during the day as they finish the hotel, and some traffic at night, but not enough to bother us. The single elevator was fine for the three days we were there, but if the hotel was full could have led to waits. Overall one of our favorite hotels over the last 5 years - strongly recommend!

This property is very beautiful and nice. The front staff is super friendly and helpful. I would recommend a resort for a family as the pool is very very small and nothing to entertain the kids.
The streets are very very noisy. Loud machines up and down the streets all night so sleeping much last 6 am is impossible. Prob won’t stay here again. However it is a nice hotel.

We live close to San Jose del Cabo and have stayed in several hotels when we want to spend the night down there. This is a fairly new property and I was quite surprised by the quality of the room appointments (bathroom fixtures, beds, lighting and fans, TV, etc. We stayed in a mini suite that had an small living area and kitchen, nice if you want to stay for a while and do your own cooking...the kitchen was really well set up. It's steps from the main center of the old town, a great place to stay if you want to go for the Thursday 'Art Walk' nights. Several nice restaurants, bars, art galleries and shops are minuets away....if your into that.

Very lovely hotel. Many amenities, including, basically, a kitchen in the room. Very helpful and courteous staff, notably Victor at the front desk. Excellent location, easibly walkable to the arts district and many restaurants.

Lovely hotel in the heart of the art district. Rooms were very nice and comfortable and the staff was excellent. My only complaint was there was some loud car street noise from time to time which usually ended by midnight. They did give you ear plugs in the room, but I might suggest putting in sound proofing glass at some point. The bar was excellent as well as Rodriquez and Oscar, the bartenders, I wish the bar was open more nights. Also, the rooftop area has a spectacular view and nice pool, but there is no restaurant yet. All in all it was a great place to stay if you want to be near the art district.
