Posto molto bello e pulito Peccato aver prenotato con informazioni errate Abbiamo scelto credendo di poter usufruire delle terme in orario serale/notturno visto che con i nostri impegni non potevamo usufruire di altro Invece abbiamo scoperto che è un servizio che c’è solo il giovedì e il sabato Ma oramai avevamo già pagato e programmato il tutto

Caro leitor! Se o seu lugar é um palácio desatualizado, surrado, velho e em decomposição, bem-vindo ao hotel Transilvânia! Aqui a segurança não existe. O hotel spa termal pode ser acessado por Deus sabe quantas entradas desbloqueadas diferentes, onde qualquer pessoa pode passear casualmente para um mergulho rápido na piscina. A única coisa a lembrar é não se esquecer de pedir uma touca de natação ao recepcionista da piscina, caso contrário você pode ficar preso em uma masmorra. O hotel às vezes tem falta de pessoal. Você tem mais chances de conhecer o Drácula do que encontrar alguém para ajudá-lo (a exceção é o policial touca). Se você avistar alguém da equipe, ele escapará rapidamente pelo elevador quando vir você chegando. Depois disso você não consegue nem alcançá-los, pois o elevador precisa de 3 dias úteis para chegar até você. O hotel tem uma sensação de umidade na maioria dos lugares. As paredes estão descascando e os móveis estão desatualizados. Se você pensava que comprava lençóis limpos diariamente em um hotel 5*, estaria enganado, pois eles recolocam os lençóis do dia anterior e finalmente os trocam após 4 dias. A faxineira insiste em limpar duas vezes ao dia (ela realmente não gosta da placa de não perturbe), apenas para colocar lençóis velhos, trocar toalhas e não levar o lixo para fora. Você pode receber algumas ligações da recepção, o que não faz sentido, então você vai esclarecer tudo, apenas para saber que o problema foi resolvido. Se você leu outros comentários, pode ter dúvidas sobre o AC não funcionar. Este problema foi claramente corrigido, pois o AC não pode mais ser desligado, então prepare-se para passar dos 40°C no corredor para o inverno (o AC está no modo mais rápido quando você não está na sala, então não se esqueça de traga uma jaqueta). O hotel definitivamente não corresponde às expectativas de um hotel 5 estrelas.

Devo ter começado esta revisão umas 5 vezes porque não quero realmente ser negativo, mas também não quero ser positivo! Ficamos aqui por uma noite, e foi o suficiente - assim como a própria Pisa, eu sinto - um dia/noite é suficiente! A localização é bem fora de Pisa - o táxi custa cerca de € 25, mas se você gosta da ideia de piscinas termais, saunas, etc. vale a pena. Nosso quarto era de dois andares - cama acima da suíte com uma área de estar/refrigerante decente no térreo. No entanto, eu uso o termo "arrepiante" ironicamente porque o ar-condicionado não conseguiu chegar perto - apesar de ter trabalhado o máximo que pôde durante toda a estadia, ele só conseguiu resfriar a sala em menos de um grau Celsius. Abrir as janelas não ajudava, mas elas davam para um corredor de qualquer maneira, então a privacidade era uma preocupação. Uma vez que você realmente vê um membro da equipe na área de banhos termais / spa (eles parecem ser um tanto malucos e ficam escondidos - tenho certeza que li isso na crítica de outra pessoa), eles são adoráveis, mas eu realmente me senti estranho pedindo-lhes que nos mostrassem o local - que foi o que a recepcionista do hotel nos disse para perguntar! Quando fizemos o check-in, fomos informados de que naquela noite uma "festa" seria realizada no terraço com comidas (não bebidas) custando 90 € cada. Podemos ter ficado tentados, mas decidimos que, como estávamos lá apenas por uma noite, comeríamos em Pisa. Ao voltar para o hotel, tomamos alguns drinks no bar e fomos convidados (por quem parecia ser o gerente de alimentos e bebidas) a saborear nossos drinks no terraço com a música ao vivo ainda tocando - isso foi adorável e muito atencioso - certamente o destaque da nossa estadia no hotel. Em suma, é um pouco envelhecido e precisa de um pouco de TLC, possivelmente com um pouco de falta de pessoal e em uma localização rural. Dito isto, os funcionários são muito bons e a localização torna-o maravilhosamente tranquilo e relaxante. Os banhos termais são lindos e um tanto únicos, por isso são muito “diferentes” e por uma ou duas noites você não pode errar. Não me arrependo de ter feito a reserva e, se o AC tivesse funcionado, provavelmente teria sido uma avaliação muito mais positiva.

This was my first holiday this year and I decided to stay at Bagni di Pisa for 5 nights to celebrate my birthday and for a relaxing holiday in a very quiet and tranquil area. And quiet it is as I had very good night sleep all throughout my stay. Bed was comfortable and the Comfort double room I had was quite spacious and lovely decorated. Please bear in mind that this hotel is a typical Italian palazzo with antique furniture but this was a plus for me as it gives the hotel its unique character. I was on half board basis. The food was always good and the food menu and wine list were quite varied also offering typical stuff from the region. WiFi was so and so. The spa area was very good with heated indoor pools. Even the outdoor pool which was my favorite is heated. They offer also sauna and massages and I recommend their massage therapists highly especially a certain Alexandra and Caterina (if I’m not mistaken) - I felt rejuvenated, so thank you ! Housekeeping was done twice a day and toiletries offered were of very good quality. However even though I enjoyed my stay I have some reservations as follows: 1) This hotel is not adults only; 2)Even though the location is lovely and the hotel is situated overlooking the hills it’s quite detached from anything else albeit the train station which is situated just 8mins walk away; 3) At dinner they literally force you to take wine so you feel compelled to take wine - for a person like me who is a bit alcohol intolerant this is quite irritating; 4) Check the final bill when you checkout as you might have differences here and there- in my case there was a huge mistake but it was rectified immediately. I also noticed that prices shown here and there do not include tax- so watch out! 5) There’s no security anywhere inside or outside the building which for a huge place like this, which also caters for weddings etc, is quite unacceptable if not strange!! All in all I enjoyed it very much and I really appreciated the lovely gift the management gave me for my birthday but somehow I felt that there was something lacking. Even though all staff were cordial and friendly I didn’t feel at home…

We were a bit scared to go reading all reviews. However our stay was amazing. Yes, building hasn’t been renovated, but we found it is a plus. It gave stylish, authentic feeling. Spa was great, just find someone to show you around first. It’s not big, but there was enough place for everyone. Not sure if it’s overcrowded during summer or weekends. We been just after Easter and it was amazing. Restaurant is expensive. But the food was delicious and service was great. We had half board - so I really recommend to take this option. There is also nice hiking route near. I wish we would be better prepared for walks! But probably next time! We were not renting a car, so traveled from Pisa by bus, it took around 10 minutes. Amazing stay, great service. Hope to come again.

Please stay somewhere else! Learn from our mistake. This may be a photogenic building, but its a soulless, slow, sloppy, faded and, in our case, very expensive place. On arrival we went to the bar for a late lunch. About 25 minutes after Simone had taken our order I asked where our food was? Simone said that he was busy, (only 1 other table was occupied) but he was just going to go and prepare it (...!). I told him to fuggeddaboudit; he complained that it wasnt his fault: he is the waiter & chef. (Is this really supposed to be 5 star service hotel?). We left, and apart from breakfast, we avoided eating in the hotel. (Break fast was fine - because it is self service - but do they really need the squeaky breadgrill with its high pitched irritating squeak?). We were 2 parents with a 5&7 year old. Our room was €650 a night (!). They upgraded us to a suite (so how bad was our original room?). The suite was nice, spacious, elegant but barely a €300 a night accomodation. The wifi was slow, intermittent and some areas with no coverage, which was very frustrating. Tip: get Starlink wifi throughout. In bed I noticed hopping fleas - maybe they were attracted to the mobile phone screen. After I complained, I was told that the room had since been checked, sheets changed and no fleas found - but I still found more the next night and our daughter got 3 bites. Even a week later the hotel calls me at home to assure me that there were no fleas (?) I should have read more reviews before I booked and noted how Thomas the GM notes the criticisms are fabrications.... IMO this hotel grossly devalues The Leading Hotels of the World brand. Pity. Its a decent 3 star hotel at best. I informed the staff about the issues early in our stay. I chased them up again and they apologised and offered me free spa trea**ent - no thanks: I just want them to fix the issues and make this an enjoyable 3 star hotel. Its never going to be a proper 4 of 5 star and Leading Hotels of the World should drop this as the only 5 star attribute are the prices. Its a rip off for what it is.

What a crap hotel. Close to 2 star in the western word. Save your €400 and go elsewhere. Friendly staff but that’s about it. Food at the restaurant was ok but thats the only slightly positive aspect. Spa section was overcrowded and extra charged for some pools

It’s an amazing old villa where the grand dukes of Tuscany used to stay. The room had a bit of an old smell to it, but sleeping under that frescoed ceiling was definitely an experience. The only issue we had is trying to locate the staff at the spa and at the bar, everyone was MIA for some unknown reason.
