Horrible stay in the mouse house During our stay, there was vermin in the bungalow (a mouse and cockrouches). We were given a bait for the mouse but were expected to stay in the bungalow with the mouse and the poisonous bait for three more nights and were not given an alternative. The same evening we discovered several cockrouches in our bedroom. We decided to leave on the following day because we were worried about the diseases these animals can spread and they kept us awake at night. We definitely couldn't enjoy our stay there because it was absolutely disgusting and were were extremely disappointed, which is why we didn't accept Paolo's final offer of staying in a 'vermin-free superior' accommodation for the rest of our stay. This offer was given after we had said that we would leave and would like a refund - not when we were expected to spend the rest of our holiday with vermin in our bungalow. Paolo said that we would get a refund for two nights, which we obviously didn't get and *********** didn't really help us either. Also, there was no discount for the night(s) with vermin. Instead, Paolo made an allegation that we let in the cockrouches on purpose in order to leave early and to get a refund and he threaded us to expose us to a civil compliant if we published this negative experience on Google etc. because of 'damage to pure name' even though we took photos as evidence. Paolo accepted that having this vermin in accommodation is normal in this area first and accused us of that afterwards (I've been to Italy fifteen times and I never had vermin in my accommodation). Afterwards, Paolo also claimed that we had broken dishes and furniture and scattered rubbish on the floor. Obviously, he did this himself and the furniture was damaged by the mouse (the gnawing noise jept us awake at night). Thankfully we took photos of the place before we left it and it was spotless. Also, I believe Paolo was not really interested in looking into my face when talking to me but seemed to prefer looking at my cleavage and my legs. This behaviour and the untruthful threat made me feel extremely uncomfortable and ruined the whole stay. Also, there was a smell of gas and feces in front of the bungalow every now and then.

Logements avec infiltrations d'eau, pas d'eau pour se doucher et gérant qui n'est pas présent et désagréable quand on a rencontré un très gros problème d'infiltration par le toit rendant le logement inhabitable. Bref FUYEZ!!

La struttura si trova molto vicino a San Gimignano molto comoda per gli spostamenti la strada di accesso è sterrata ma tutto sommato non ci sono grosse difficoltà per raggiungerla. Si sviluppa con più unità immobiliari che costituiscono gli appartamenti. Ci sono varie tipologie di alloggio a senza delle esigenze nel nostro caso costituito da camera da letto con soggiorno con angolo di cottura e bagno privato. L’alloggio è un po’ rustico ma tutto sommato accogliente ma è la simpatia di Paolo e la sua disponibilità che fa la differenza. Paolo, il gestore, ha la capacità di metterti a tuo agio e a soddisfare ogni esigenza. È presente in struttura anche un angolo per fare colazione ma anche per rifornirsi si acqua bibite e vino veramente un ottima idea
