2/16〜20まで4泊しました。部屋にはミニキッチン、コーヒーメーカー、電子レンジがありました。カトラリーは、ワインオープナーなども揃っています。シャワーのみで浴槽はなし。シャワーの勢いはまぁまぁ。トイレのペーパーホルダーが後ろにあるので使いづらかった。歯ブラシはフロントで貰える。
ホテルのロケーションは、テンダーロインと呼ばれる治安が良くない所の境目にあり、1ブロック入ると空気が違うので、滞在中のほとんどをUberを利用しました。徒歩でホテルからユニオンスクエアを経由してPowell.st駅まで向かうのですが、正直、今の治安では恐怖だらけでした。近くにAkiko sushi barがあり、リカーショップもあるので最悪食事はどうにかなります。
チェックアウトの際、駐車場を利用していないにも関わらず、誤って利用登録されていた。ホテルのフロントの女性達はアメリカらしい感じです。
また利用するかというと、微妙です。

Exellent location for our tourist trail and just so convenient for the cable cars.
Really enjoyed our stay and have nothing but praise for the staff, all of whom could not have been more helpful!

Comfortable place to stay for a couple of days, and good location to explore the city. Very clean and convenient. Nice staff. You can hear some noise from outside, but nothing that kept us up at night. We would happily stay there again next time we are in San Francisco.

Hotel rooms are more spacious than most in San Francisco and include a loveseat or couch. The property has unique amenities on the rooftop, including an indoor lounge, a small, hot tub indoors, and an area to walk around and view the city outside.

The hotel was lovely. Our room was large and airy and the kitchenette was great. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed the jacuzzi and rooftop seating overlooking the city. Great location, very close to union square and transport links.

I reserved the Donatello for 2 nights on *******,and tried to add an additional night, the day before my reservation. Instead of adding that night on to my existing reservation, they booked it as a different reservation, so it was twice the price. The heat went out that night, and we didnt have any heat, during an a**ospheric river episode, the 3 days we were there. I am thankful the comped my parking for the 2 days i had booked through *******, but they did not help with parking the first night. It was very inconvenient to have no heat with my 85 year old mother in law and my 3 year old twins. We were all very cold in the room. Fyi, there are a lot of homeless, around the hotel. They dont bother you when you are on the hotel property, but if u plan on venturing out for food or something, expect to see homeless everywhere! Overall, not a good experience at the Donatello, in San Francisco!
