Holiday Inn is located in a very nice are, you can go to the Union Square by walking distance. I went to hotel early but the staff allowed me to leave luggages at the hotel. It is very clean and the price is reasonable. It has a good view too.

The hotel is clean and big enough for us as a family (4 adults). Location is good, starbuck next to the hotel, also there are supermarket near the hotel. Will stay there again if we visit SF.

Terrible experience and I think they hire the wrong people in the wrong place. The Front desk, John, who is saying, this is what we could offer and you just have to take it. Fact based issues, old AC and refrigerator, on is super noisy and off is not comfortable. You can hear the conversation in the next room and air flow is zero. I did not try but highly possible the window can not be opened. But, some staffs are nice and smiling and I like them as people. If you are budget oriented person, maybe. If you are quality oriented, Never! When I am leaving, I feel I am blessed to move on!

Good location, restaurants nearby.
Room is clean. Only thing that needs to be upgraded is coffee machine which is bit outdated.
Food & beverage on main lobby is good and affordable, had a pepperoni pizza which was so good.
Would book again when in SF

I totally enjoyed my stay during a 4-days at this place. The location is super convenient, take 101/130/150 to go to Union square, walk a little bit and take 19 to go to Beach Road. If you are adventurous, you can actually walk to the Downtown.
I had to check in early as my flight landed a bit advance. They allowed me to early check in at a nominal fee which is totally acceptable. Also the cityscape view from hotel is amazing!
I felt the place is safer, all amenities provided (ironing bed, hangers, refrigerator, iron box, coffee and tea bags… so on). I would certainly stay here again and highly recommend checking this out.

Because it was the end of the year, there were a lot of people, and the service from the female staff at the front wasn't very good.
I asked for a room facing the New Year's fireworks, but the staff said they couldn't see them at all from the hotel. However, other male employees were happy to change my room, and as a result, I was able to watch the New Year's fireworks from my hotel room.
It was important to me because I traveled alone to see the New Year's fireworks in San Francisco.
If I had only trusted what those female employees said, my trip would have been ruined in the end.
I'm disappointed that I couldn't ask for your name, but I'm grateful once again to the two male employees who treated me so kindly.
