Holiday Inn está localizado em uma área muito agradável, você pode ir até a Union Square a pé. Fui para o hotel cedo, mas a equipe me permitiu deixar as malas no hotel. É muito limpo e o preço é razoável. Tem uma boa vista também.

O hotel é limpo e grande o suficiente para nós como uma família (4 adultos). Localização é boa, starbuck ao lado do hotel, também há supermercado perto do hotel. Ficarei lá novamente se visitarmos SF.

Experiência terrível e acho que eles contratam as pessoas erradas no lugar errado. A recepção, John, que está dizendo, é isso que podemos oferecer e você só precisa aceitar. Questões baseadas em fatos, AC e geladeira antigos, são super barulhentos e desligados não são confortáveis. Você pode ouvir a conversa na sala ao lado e o fluxo de ar é zero. Eu não tentei, mas é altamente possível que a janela não possa ser aberta. Mas, alguns funcionários são simpáticos e sorridentes e eu gosto deles como pessoas. Good location, restaurants nearby.
Room is clean. Only thing that needs to be upgraded is coffee machine which is bit outdated.
Food & beverage on main lobby is good and affordable, had a pepperoni pizza which was so good.
Would book again when in SF

I totally enjoyed my stay during a 4-days at this place. The location is super convenient, take 101/130/150 to go to Union square, walk a little bit and take 19 to go to Beach Road. If you are adventurous, you can actually walk to the Downtown.
I had to check in early as my flight landed a bit advance. They allowed me to early check in at a nominal fee which is totally acceptable. Also the cityscape view from hotel is amazing!
I felt the place is safer, all amenities provided (ironing bed, hangers, refrigerator, iron box, coffee and tea bags… so on). I would certainly stay here again and highly recommend checking this out.

Because it was the end of the year, there were a lot of people, and the service from the female staff at the front wasn't very good.
I asked for a room facing the New Year's fireworks, but the staff said they couldn't see them at all from the hotel. However, other male employees were happy to change my room, and as a result, I was able to watch the New Year's fireworks from my hotel room.
It was important to me because I traveled alone to see the New Year's fireworks in San Francisco.
If I had only trusted what those female employees said, my trip would have been ruined in the end.
I'm disappointed that I couldn't ask for your name, but I'm grateful once again to the two male employees who treated me so kindly.
