The location is very good. The bay view room has three large glass windows and overlooks the San Francisco landmarks Golden Gate Bridge, Bay Bridge, Pyramid Building, Island, and Coit Tower. The hotel facilities and services are much inferior to other Four Seasons hotels I have stayed at. Hotels in the United States are all like that, with low value for money.

Nice clean hotel! Near the center of the minuses yes, there are homeless people nearby, but this is San Francisco! Trolleybus stop 31 to Ocean Beach is right next to the hotel. The hotel has everything you need: shampoo, shower gel, air conditioning, hair dryer. Bed linen is clean. Tea, coffee, water with lemon for free. And the most amazing thing is that the price is very reasonable, about $ 60 per night (November 2024). They allowed me to leave my things after check-out. They speak English and Spanish, which is very convenient for me!

There are many delicious food nearby. There is a Korean restaurant surisan opposite the hotel. The portions are large and the taste is authentic. The fried chicken is a bit sweet. You can also go to Fisherman's Wharf to eat at the Sourdough Bread Factory. The soup is delicious and highly recommended.
