The AC on the room assigned (225) was very loud, so I request another room, the staff was great they change me to another room (203) on the same floor and give free snack for the inconvenience. So far so good… till the people on the next room (205) start making a lot of noise at 3am, non stoping laugh and hi voice tone; I waited 15 min thinking they will settle down, but they didn’t. I report the issue to front desk but the problem persisted, I call again to front desk, and never answer the phone…. The noise went away 2hrs later (5:am). The connecting door between the rooms didn’t help at all with the noise problem. I know the hotel can’t prevent this to happen, but the performance of the Night Shift of the front desk was very disappointed. My wife and I, could sleep during this period of time, and felt frustrated to not be able to do more o insist over the phone or going down stairs to the front desk, because of my 2 kids, they manage to sleep so we decide not to make a scene or took this issue further.
