My experience traveling to the ****** was terrible! The number of cars and other vehicles on the freeway was unbelievable. This was on Thanksgiving Day! Worse that I’ve ever seen. Now for my stay, it was the best room and related facilities offered, including professional services and booking. The ****** was filled with fumes from smoking customers, but this was to be expected. Otherwise, everything else was clean, well maintained, and available. I wish the Buffet was opened, but best wishes I can only pray for. My dinner was good except when a person is used to their dinner Mom used to cook don’t match, it can be a little disappointing. However, the final outcome was satisfactory. I would do it again. The travel returning home was better because I left early 5:30 a.m.

At the time of my stay Pala Resort had zero amenities available- gym and spa were closed…no room service.

This is a beautiful facility in a remote yet accessible canyon. Our frustration was with inadequate hot water temperature and almost useless blankets.

The room was very large, the bed was comfortable, and the bath was great. There was no smoke in the rooms or reception desk. Only drawback was I had to walk thru the ****** to get to the restaurants and could smell the smoke. It would be nice if the smoke area was really separate from non smoking areas completely.

The property seemed like a ghost town. The spa was closed, there was no valet, not many fine dining options and I had to go to Pechanga for that.

Paid $250 for a King with a mountain view and got a queen with a view of the parking garage. Front desk staff wasn't very friendly upon arrival. ****** is very smokey, even in the smoke free area.
I do recommend the food and staff at Bar Meets Grill restaurant. It's pricey but the food is excellent and the staff at the restaurant are very pleasant and helpful. Kudos to them.

Our first room was right next to the parking garage. “Mountain View” was all concrete with car alarms going off multiple times. We moved rooms the second night and the room was much quieter. Neither room has a bathroom fan, hot water was very limited. Restaurant was good, staff were nice
