Fui ao restaurante no jantar e a experiência foi excelente. Fomos muito bem atendidas por pessoas atenciosas e simpáticas. Os pratos, drinks e sobremesas estavam ótimos. Melhor custo benefício entre os restaurantes da cidade.

Very nice place. Great stay. Right at the center of the town. Good food. Good and friendly service. Beautiful rooms and a nice and quiet garden to relax and enjoy the sun. Shopping options as well as well as restaurants close by. We had a great time.

We stayed at Casa Lum for 3 nights in November, and had a wonderful stay. The room was lovely and decorated with taste, and so was the courtyard. The breakfast was tasty and the staff was nice and very helpful. They booked excursions to Sumidero Canyon and the indigenous villages for us, as well as arrangements for the transfer to Palenque. I would stay there again without hesitation!

Excellent restaurant and service, highly recommend it. Tasty dishes, beautiful familiar ambiance, everything taken care of by the attentive and professional staff. We really enjoyed our time here and we would come again anytime.

[ Casa Lum ] Having started visiting Mexico frequently 10 years ago, and then living here for the last 4 and a half years I have been lucky enough to visit many parts of this fascinating country. I have not found one that I did not really like. Last week my wife and I spent 5 days in the charming city of San Cristobal de las Casas and the highlight of our visit was our stay at Casa Lum in calle Rincon de Guadalupe. It is a compact hotel in a building of some age which is very well maintained and the space put to optimal use, including a herbal garden in a cute courtyard right outside our room. The team of employees there - and they are very much a tight-knit, committed and well organized team - made hospitality a fine art. Service was always crisp, efficient and friendly. And the food? World class! My favourites were the ceviche and a chocolate creme brulee, which are to die for. Upon seeing the latter on the menu I had my doubts as the traditional creme brulee is a favourite of mine. But my weakness for chocolate lead me to what is surely one of the best desserts I have had anywhere in the whole wide world. It is located in the heart of the action, and the chairs and tables set up outside on the narrow pavement were the ideal location, when there was ample shade, to while away an hour or two watching the fascinating, cosmopolitan world outside go by. Casa Lum in my humble opinion is deserving of at least 5 stars.

I’ve been at Casa Lum for lunch while visiting San Cristobal. It’s perfectly located in the pedestrian section of Real de Guadalupe and offers an amazing contemporary cuisine rooted in tradition. As it was September, I had the chile en nogada and it was absolutely delicious. One of the best I tried. In addition, the staff is very professional and always willing to help. Lisandro, in particular, was great and gave me an excellent suggestion for a Mexican red wine. Definitely recommended

Both the hotel and the restaurant are amazing. Hotel in the perfect location - central and walking distance to everything, while still being a bit tucked away and quiet. Restaurant also amazing - try the pepino mezcal cocktail !

We had breakfast here two days in a row and then lunch on another day. Guadalupe, Sergio, and Mildred provided truly WONDERFUL service during our meals. The food was excellent as well. We rarely eat anywhere twice, but Casa Lum brought us back with their attention to detail.

Best Hotel Experience in ALL of Chiapas!!!! I brought my mother to Mexico to celebrate her 77th birthday (was her first time visiting Mexico) and the staff at Casa Lum went out of their way to make it special and an unforgettable experience. All of the staff from check in, housekeepers and restaurant were so genuine and helpful. The hotel is beautiful and relaxing, the rooms are spacious and well designed, and the food was amazing. My mother and I felt so welcomed by everyone and we felt very at home during our stay. I also arranged a massage for my mom via the hotel and they sent a wonderful gentleman named Pedro. My mother says it was the best message she’s every had. Back in April I received devastating news that I have stage 4 cancer and honestly I wasn’t sure this trip was even going to be possible…thankfully I was able to take my mother on this trip and with the help from the amazing people at casa Lum….this really was a once in a lifetime trip. It will always mean so much to my mother and I and if I’m able to next year….we will return to San Cristobal and Casa Lum. I have so much gratitude for all of the staff at Casa Lum, for they truly are the best!
