離哪裡都很遠 非常不方便 除非自己租車 否則不推薦 衹能天天吃自助餐 旁邊啥都沒有 吃的有點噁心了 酒店區域非常重要

I’m sadden by some of the reviews on here. My husband and I have travelled the world and quite simply this is the best hotel we’ve been to in terms of rooms, views, food and tranquility. We were going to cancel as Jet2 sent a message to say there was noisy building work going on. We can see the building site, the occasional hammering noise (not loud at all!) and a crane turning occasionally. There’s more noise from the Canary birds 😂. Please don’t be put off, honestly I’m not short in coming forward to complain but I can truly say I have no complaints here at all. Thank you Salobre team! Special mention to the delightful breakfast host Adam who was ready with a lovely smile each morning. A real credit to Salobre!

Another fantastic stay @ the Salobre, room are clean and tidy, general hotel facilities the same, and the staff great, super attentive and always smiling. Top marks to the Sunset Bar team and S Club team for working super hard delivering great service even when challenged with the number of guests. There has been some reviews noting building noise, and we were contacted by our travel agents offering a hotel change, but I had to say that despite there being noise, it very quickly disappeared into the general background and was by no means overwhelming. I could understand that the noise might be a little more distracting if you are in the spar, which directly faces the building works, but it’s not constant and from our hotel room and 11th floor pool the noise was totally minimal. People talking and children having fun was far more the norm, noise wise. Food was excellent as usual, only one negative point for the whole stay was the hotel accommodating a cancelled flight which saw several hundred people all decend on the Sens Restaurant, meaning it was very chaotic trying to get food, a simple note of announcement to existing guests would have helped, we could have delayed our plans by an hour to help. And quite bizarrely the Sunset Bar is not open to sunset, feels like a missed opportunity.

Staying at Salobre, never fails to deliver a great experience Andrea in the sunset bar is brilliant- she won’t fail to make a great impression with her welcoming enthusiasm. Golf is great, sun is guaranteed and the hotel always delivers. We’ll definitely be back!

I have been to Salobre Hotel 5 times , i love the nature, pools and Mountain View’s at the hotel , it’s the perfect place to go to relax. The staff there always make sure your stay is perfect and will help you with any thing you need . The staff are so friendly which is what you want when you are travelling solo . The rooms are beautiful , the views In the resort is like heaven on earth , it’s like paradise . I always have my breakfast , lunch & dinner in the resort , the food is incredible & the dinning areas are amazing . I have used the the hotel spa area too , I highly recommend a day there to relax by the pool and enjoy the views too . I can’t wait to go back .

My wife and I travelled to Salobre Resort from the UK to enjoy a few days in the sunshine for my birthday. On arrival the experience was fantastic, a welcome drink was offered and nothing was too much trouble. We booked the half board package for our stay and I must say the breakfast offering was exceptional, after the first morning we left breakfast overwhelmed by such a great experience and offering. We then dined in the buffet restaurant in the evening, again seemed fantastic well presented and great offering. Unfortunately in the early hours of the following morning I began to feel very unwell. My symptoms got progressively worse throughout the day and I travelled to Maspalomas to buy some medication in the hope this would help, after staying in the room and letting the medication take effect it was clear this was serious. I then attended the hospital and after blood tests results came back it was confirmed I had in fact received food poisoning. I did inform the resort on return from the hospital, and they did reassure me that management had been informed, after returning home I have emailed management (Angela Loebhard) to express my disappoin**ent, I still await a response! Birthday ruined and significant costs incurred at the local hospital as result. Such a shame that I have write this review, if only Salobre Management would have had the courtesy to reply to my email!

When I first arrived on the property, I was stunned at how gorgeous the resort was plus the facilities. Unfortunately, our trip only went downhill from here. I think the biggest disappoin**ent was the food. We had the breakfast and dinner buffet and every single thing I tried was too salty- to the point it was unedible and couldn't eat (and I am someone who loves salt and usually adds it to every meal). Looking back, I assume they do this so that customers order more tricks. The rooms are great, but not 5 star quality. When we arrived there were cobwebs on the bathroom ceiling, our shampoo was empty, a weird smell came from the tub drain...little details that matter in a 5 star resort.

Serenity, as the hotel is named, is certainly how I felt for the during of this holiday. Everything was perfect from start to finish. From the staff, to the facilities, there’s nothing I could fault. The adults only sunset terrace, the location, the hotel design, the facilities and the food, were some standouts! I’d recommend to literally everyone.

This was our 5th stay at this resort over the last 10 years and always enjoyed the relaxed a**osphere, great rooms and good food. Away from the noise up the mountain roads but easy to drive up and down when needed to have a day out. We always book half board allowing for breakfast, then a day out and a nice evening meal back at the resort. Always book connecting rooms, allowing for our kids to have their own room and showers. On this stay we had did have an issue with some electricity failure in one room but the staff swiftly addressed moving us to an upgraded set of rooms at no extra cost. This was appreciated by all family.
