To whom it may concern, I have been staying with you guys since the beginning of December. I have constantly been complaining about the noise above room 214, which I stay in. I have made repeated requests to get it resolved from the front desk I have called down at least four times over the past two weeks during the day and night. I let it slide during the day because it's housekeeping, but at night after 10:00 p.m. there is no excuse. I should not be able to hear people walking around with cinder blocks on their feet, dragging chairs, and banging on the floor. As a night auditor myself, I would have to say that your front desk people need some retraining. They are afraid to leave that front desk to go up to a room to tell them to shut up! Their job is to make sure that people have a good stay, and a good night's rest. You have failed on all of these aspects. I understand that this is a franchise but corporate needs to get involved in this! I am so upset right now due to the fact that I came down here for my wife who is in training with the Navy. I myself am an Air Force veteran so veteran to veteran this is BS(to the owner) You need to fix this noise issue, whether it's moving me to the 4th floor or whatever! The only reason I was placed on the second floor was because Post Malone told me that the internet was the best there, which come to find out is another lie. Whether you pay for it or not it shuts off after 1 GB, and has to reset. There's no ability to actually watch a Netflix video over a tablet while you're in your room. This has continually been going on for the past month. I have received every excuse from, oh we're going to call them now to, oh you must have heard someone they're moving out don't worry. It won't be an issue tonight. It's all a lie. I would really like for one of your owners to have to come and stay a night in their own hotel, and then give a adequate rating on what they experienced, because I guarantee it wouldn't push over two stars. I would really like to hear from you with either a resolution to these issues, or at least some sort of apology for lying and not providing the services that you stated in the handout that you made all of us sign.
