No hot water night of check in, but water wasn't too cold, so we weren't too concerned. Next night, there was no water at all. We were not notified by anyone. We called the front desk and told them. They said they were aware of the situation. It was a city problem and they were working on it. We asked if we would be able to check out early for a partial refund. They said no. The best they could do was offer us an additional two hours for checkout the next day and that the water would be on. Next day, we still did not have any water. When we went to check out, the person at the front desk said the water was on. It wasn't. The water was running at a low trickle and extremely cold. Hotel continued to refuse a refund and stated if we had tried to leave the night before, we would have received the refund. I explained what we were told the night before. Staff made excuses. We were then told to contact the third party we booked from since the hotel could not offer a refund because I did not book with them directly. I contacted the third party. The third party contacted the hotel, and the hotel continued to refuse a partial refund. Once a complaint was made online, hotel claimed they tried to find us other lodgings. They did not. No offer was ever made. No notices were posted, no letters given to customers about the situation, no other options were present. Never booking this hotel again.
