The service and staff were fine. Wyndham and La Quinta should be ashamed to have their names associated with this property. I have chosen La Quinta in the past because I knew the properties would be in good repair.

The front desk worker was very nice. However, the room that we got was not clean. The shower looked like it had mold in the tub and the caulking was peeling off. The room also has a very musty/unclean smell. Both my roommate and I did not feel comfortable, clean, or safe in the room. This particular location was marketed as a La Quinta, but there was no La Quinta branding anywhere in our room or the facility other than the big glow sign that you see from the highway. There were also homeless people and others who were staying in the parking lot that did not foster a safe environment. We felt so unsafe and uncomfortable in our room that we ended up cancelling 2 of our 3 nights (we did not stay in the room at all) and ended up booking another hotel that had a more secure room (was inside a building and didn’t lead directly outside) and was very clean and hygienic.

The front desk agent was incredibly friendly. We shared the same bday so we hit it right off. But the room is very clean and clientele seem safe and approachable

I don’t see how they can keep the La Quinta name on this property. Its very tired and even one of the La Quinta signs on the front of the building is missing. Landscape hasn’t been kept up. Tub and sink drains are slow. Mirrors and tv screen had smears from being “cleaned “. Lots of patch paint on the walls. Light fixtures are tired and there are no modern USB type connections. Beds were ok.
I booked for 5 adults and the room doesn’t accommodate 5. When i first asked if the room could accommodate 5 the clerk said if im ok with 3 in one bed then yes. I tried to get more clarification and he just repeated.
Glad i took an air mattress.
Cleaning staff was friendly. The checkout clerk was a nice elderly man.

As soon as I walked in I turn on the lights and there was a roach that was on the shower curtain. There was also roach found on the bathroom counter where the sink is and one on the roof of the living room. I went to complain to the front desk. They moved us into room 140 as soon as I walked in or when I turn on the lamp on the desk where the TV was a baby roach crawled out from under the lamp. I went into the bathroom to look and there was a roach on the ceiling. Then I walked into the office and told them I am not going to try for a third room and they gave me my money back. When I went to the office as I was telling her that the air conditioner didn't work and she was going to send the maintenance man and then I told her about the roaches she was like. Okay, let's get you out of there and then I saw a bug crawl across the counter next to the credit card machine. I definitely will not be staying there
