非常有特色的酒店！不過房間給錯了，我們定的尊貴河景大床房帶陽台，但發現給的房型就是普通高級大床房，費用不同的。懶得換了就沒再找前台。房間偏小但酒店環境很好。發現攜程定的房間普遍不如酒店直接定的或者其他平台訂的好。

Limited 2 bed rooms with great river views. Most RV rooms are suites. If you are looking for 2 bed room, call them directly if they can accommodate your request for 2 bed room with great river views. The staff there are great! friendly & helpful! They will take their time to best accommodate your needs. I did a 5 night stay with my family and it was great!

Didn’t receive what I paid for. I expect a room with a river walk balcony and when I arrived was told they were all booked. Which I had made reservations a head of time to make sure that wasn’t the case and had a room available to us.

Definitely I wont stay here again.
Is nice but the sheets in the bedroom had blood stain.
Inwas dissapointed. Parking my vehicle was a bad experience. Since all parking lot was occupied my husband had to walk and park it accross.

Exceptional customer service. Lovely room and great dining experience at El Colegio. Jonathan (front desk) and Jeremy (valet parking) were extremely helpful and shared a wealth of information about the Riverwalk, etc. with us. Kudos to them both.

Loved my stay here. Johnathon one of the front desk employees was super friendly. Went down few times just to have a quick chat with him. Staff was very friendly. The view from balcony of River walk was my favorite thing. Super convenient how close good restaurants are as well.
