My honey and I had an amazing time at the hotel! Breakfast in bed was the best. The front desk was kind and attentive to our needs. The bar downstairs and the pool were a great time as well. Will be coming back soon!

Loved the Mardi gras party at the Italian restaurant tied to the Westin. It was amazing even with the slight rain.

The hotel staff and the hotel itself were awesome. We were celebrating a birthday. The location was awesome as well as the room cleanliness. We did hear a lot of people make comments about the hours of the coffee shop in the lobby. The shop was not open during some the hours listed. Overall it was a wonderful hotel.

I enjoyed my stay but I think the most important part for me was staff. Staff was very nice and helpful. Liz made me feel comfortable and did such a great job! Great customer service!!!

I think it would have been better to have two chairs on the patio instead of just one.other than that we really enjoyed our stay.

The location is great at the Westin River walk. We were a little disappointed with the cleanliness when we first arrived. However the front desk the next day heard our concerns and addressed the issues. They moved us to a better room.

When you order a room, make sure it is non-smoking. Who knew that smoking is still permitted. The entire hotel smells like an ashtray. I recommend to go look for a non-smoking on-premises hotel.
Too bad, it was a good idea to stay there.

Rooms are outdated and feel like a lot of issues were just painted over to conceal them some decor was clearly broken. There were issues with the elevators and they were so loud we could hear them moving throughout the night. The walls were very thin I could hear the people next door chatting. The sheets where like paper, way to much starch. The pillows were so flat I fought with them all night trying to find some support. Staff was great though
