This was the worst experience i have ever had. I booked through the site they charged $126. I showed up at the property and they had the reservation but said no payment was made. So, we had to pay $112+$20 deposit for econo Lodge, I have sent the receipt from Econo Lodge showing how much I've already paid to econo Lodge, but Trip.Com won't give me my refund. This has been going on for 3 days. When I call Trip.Com they say my claim is expedited and I will get a call in an hour, which never happens. I will never use Trip.Com again. Customer service sucks, they just give me the run around this is the worst site ever, DO NOT USE THEM! Worst site ever to
get a refund and neither TRIP.com OR Econo Lodge will refund the money. I have talked to Trip.Com and I semt the receipt from my refund niy yhru
